I had to be taken to the emergency room for an accidental fall where I hit my face on a large ceramic indoor planter. I had a huge painful blow to my right cheek with massive swelling and bleeding. At the ER, Brian was my main nurse and he was kind, attentive and patient. He is a great example of a healthcare professional and also has great bedside manner. Everyone I encountered was very nice and made a scary painful situation a lot more tolerable. They checked to see if I had any fractures in my face (I didn’t) and sent me on my way. Very thankful for the kind medical professionals working late nights in the ER ❤️‍🩹

Ужасно, человека завезли в страшных болях на каталке, попросили обезболивающее, сказали ждать врача. При том, что очереди практически не было, врача не было час при очень высоком давлении. Второй раз попросили обезболивающее и возмутились по поводу времени ожидания: ответ был такой, если что-то не нравится, уходите. В итоге такого бесчеловечного обращения пациент спустя 4 часа ушел сам. Если у вас нет страховки, не приходите сюда, вас вынудят уйти.
Собственный опыт с наличием медицинского страхования. Время ожидания в коридоре: 3 часа. Время ожидания врача: ~50 мин. Все это с сильными головными болями и сотрясением мозга. Время консультации:5-7 минут. Никаких обследований или анализов, врач просто подтвердил диагноз. Счет:1100$.
Спустя некоторое время снова была с этим диагнозом в ER(HCA), где провели обследование.

Each team member conducted thorough assessments to ensure my safety and well-being, leaving no detail overlooked. Their dedication to providing exceptional care and ensuring I had a safe place to go after discharge was remarkable. I deeply appreciate their compassionate and comprehensive approach. Also, my wait time was on par for the estimated time they gave me when I checked in, highly recommend. Thank you!

I rarely write any kind of online reviews, just knowing the impact from working in the service sector for years. But this one could not be left alone. A week out from a relatively routine shoulder surgery, I was experiencing some very strange symptoms that I couldn’t explain. So I went to the ER hoping for answers and relief. Luckily enough, I was met with the most incredibly devoted, intelligent and thorough care team imaginable. Had that not been the case I could be dead. Turns out I had a pulmonary embolism/blood clot, which I NEVER expected to happen. But my nurse, Jeremiah, and provider, Kaitlyn Finegan, were so professional and kind. Considering my deep level of concern (family history of blood clots) they guided me through the nearly 9 hour care process as if I were their only patient. It was truly amazing to watch them work, and I appreciate every moment of their time.

Doctors and nurses a game but my husband went in there by ambulance. I was with him the security guard proceeded to take my stuff in the back and found he had a fish hook on his hat that was from his dead uncle. He asked for it back since we were leaving the hospital. They said they could not find our belongings after almost an hour and a half of them going through cameras and everything they came out and told us we were never there and we were not seen on cameraand that they do not see the security guard taking his stuff. The hospital has stolen something that was very precious to my husband I will not go back there. This is awful and that security guard has stolen something that was special to my husband from his uncle who had passed away for shame in this hospital!!!!

As a former employee of Denver Health for over 22 years I understand the algorithm that needs to be followed by the triage staff. However, my experience in the ED, starting with the wait times, was nearly unacceptable. We came in for an urgent/emergent situation related to a previous procedure done 5 days prior. We sat in the ER waiting room for more than 4.5 hrs, and counting, to be seen by staff. We witnessed numerous other individuals, many of which did not appear to be more critical or more deserving or in need of care.
When I inquired with desk staff, I was told that other have a higher priority due to us “Being on the adult care side of the list”.
I’m certainly not looking to be treated as royalty or above anyone else, but when I have personally witnessed 30+ patients, and counting, being called back before we will be, I find this to be a problem. Maybe I just need to have no morals or sense of conscience and to get a bigger mouth and be the “squeaky wheel”.

I would give zero stars if I could. This Emergency Room is lacking bedside manner, urgency for severe situations and communication. The lack of attention and caring is apparent when trying to receive care. The nursing staff and the Dr. that dealt with my family member were disagreeable and refused to give us any results of a severe motorcycle accident. Not only does this behavior say volumes about your Emergency Room care, but the staff that works there makes already terrible situations worse than needed.
