Waited in an empty lobby while bleeding out for almost an hour. Then waited in the room for another hour before I received pain meds. Will definitely not be going back there. The nurse that was in charge was very kind and understanding, thank you.

I give this place minus zero. This is the worse emergency room ever. The doctor Dr Jason Barba is horrible. He did not listen to you at all and then ask you questions again that you already answered at 3:00 am you are not busy I'm sorry if you do not want to work or have the bedside manner than you should not be a doctor or work In the emergency. Someone should not be in twice the same week for nothing to be done. The doctor seemed like they were stupid and too good to be there. I would never recommend this place or that doctor to anyone. Worst healthcare we have ever received in Colorado. Also the doctor was not even concerned my husband hasn't slept in over a week. I'm sorry hire better doctors who actually care and do their job. Also one of our nurses was not nice either they were very judgy there and shouldn't work in healthcare. Do not go here they charged 36,000 for a ct scan, fluids and some nausea medicine and the second time we went they charged 11,000 for fluids and nausea medicine and the doctor never touched my husband. That is ridiculous and highway robbery.

The staff were very caring as well as concerned as my symptoms got worse and put in a private room. As time was going by my O2 level was dropping into the middle 80’s. I continued to have chest pains and shortness of breath. The nurse came into my room and gave me 4 baby aspirins and also had me try nitroglycerin. I was given 3 at different times. To my surprise they worked. I was feeling so much better. They had a Great crew of nurses and one Dr. I got the care that I needed and they were just perfect.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. It took me over a year to build up the courage to write this review. The front staff was friendly but the second I got to the back the staff treated me less than human. The nurse on staff was rude and mean. I went in with severe pain in my chest and the first thing the Dr asked me was what medication I wanted without even listening to my concerns. I told her I didn’t know and just wanted to figure out what was going on with my pain. They prescribed fentanyl right off the bat which I had a bad reaction to and didn’t help the pain at all. After I declined any additional narcotics because they tried to push multiple narcotics, and tests that had nothing to do with my pain on me the nurse switched to having the worst attitude with me. She stated “we’re not here to figure out whats wrong we’re just here to make you comfortable. Its not our job to figure out the issue” Then proceeded to belittle me by talking to me like a child where she hadn’t done so previously and said my pain was just stress. The entire time I saw the Dr. Only twice for maybe a total of 5 minutes. We ended up leaving after being there a total of about 8 hrs most of that time was in the waiting room because I refused to have anymore medications in my system and I told the nurse if that was the case and they couldn’t help me there was no point in me staying there. We left with no help, no relief, and no care not even a walk out to the front We had to walk around to find the exit. Then they billed me for 14000 dollars and refused to provide me with a itemized bill for months. I only received an Itemized break down when they switched from centura to common spirit which was only a few months ago. I would recommend staying as far away from them as possible. They’re in the business of making money not patient care. The nurse had a daisy award pin and all I can say is I have no idea how when she was so horrible.

Nurse J'Nai is heaven sent. She is such a beautiful person and so nice.
What sucked, is my family doesn't have alot of money, and had to take our son in for an actual emergency when urgent cares and everything where closed. They saw him for like a total of 30 mins and I received a 1200 bill when I woke up thr following day. Just know if you go here you're going to have an outrageous bill. Some people can't avoid not going to the ER for emergencies but don't have money. What are we supposed to do?

This ER has been wonderful the several times I've had to go there. Especially the last time I was in- something got messed up with my prescription and even though I didn't realize it until the next day and the doctor wasn't on shift, the nurse got a hold of him and as soon as he was on shift he fixed it, IMMEDIATELY. Everyone I've dealt with at this ER is very friendly and empathetic. And I haven't had to wait nearly as long as at surrounding er's. Highly recommend

Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else. Their lack of urgency as an ER is absolutely disgusting. We had a time sensitive emergency, and they didn't have a care in the world. I should have trusted the reviews and went somewhere else. The visit was a complete waste of 3.5 hours! Never again!
