The process of a dream becoming a reality was so much easier because of the people at American Beer Equipment taking a genuine interest in our business and outfitting us with the proper equipment to make it all happen. When starting Levity Brewing Company, the staff at ABE gave me all the time in the world and answered all of my questions. I genuinely felt that they were interested in a long term relationship with us and not simply a quick sale-as was my feeling with numerous other suppliers with whom I spoke.

After the sale was made and the equipment arrived, efforts from ABE didn't stop. They supported us all through our build out-working with us and our contractors to ensure a proper set up of all the equipment. Even after that, on site technical service showed us exactly how to use everything properly and how to trouble shoot any potential problems that would arise. If problems have arisen, ABE has always provided parts quickly when necessary and walked us through fixes immediately. They still remain just a phone call away even after our warranty period has surpassed.

I've always gotten the sense that the folks at ABE are as invested in my success as I am and I will always give them the opportunity to be part of whatever projects Levity Brewing Company partakes in down the road.

The short answer is, I would totally recommend another brewery starting up to get their equipment from ABE. As of writing this I've run over 20 batches through the system and haven't developed any significant complaints and the equipment continues to run as effectively and as efficiently as it did on day one.

Due to our unique space constraints we had to completely re-design the standard equipment to fit; however, the design team was patient and thorough resulting in a full 5bbl brewhouse, fermentation, and cellaring set up in under 300 square feet.

Yes, the basic tanks are rolled in China, a fact they are open about, but I have found the quality of the work to be quite excellent (clean, smooth welds, etc.) and all the third party components are high quality readily maintained brands.

I found the initial start-up service call and the normal service to be quite outstanding as well: very competent, knowledgeable, thorough, and patient. This part of the purchase was certainly not imported.

As we continue to grow I will definitely be returning to ABE for additional equipment pieces.

We purchased our complete brewery from ABE 4 years ago and their support has always been excellent. Whenever we have had questions or needed replacement parts they have always responded quickly and taken care of our needs. When we started planning our purchase of a canning line Adam came to help us figure a way design and install it in line with our bottling line. This way we can continue bottling some of our brands and canning others. Stan created a detailed AutoCad drawing with everything in place. This enabled us to install our connections for electrical, compressed air, filtered water and Co2 prior to the arrival of the CanCraft 35. When it arrived we had an ABE technician on site to help us get everything assembled. There were a few issues so ABE shipped new parts to arrive next day Saturday delivery so everything could be taken care of while the tech was on site. Everyone at American Beer Equipment is dedicated to designing, ,manufacturing and servicing the best brewing equipment available today. I highly recommend anyone considering purchasing brewing equipment to visit them in Lincoln, NE for yourself.

I've been working with ABE for 4 years and absolutely could not be happier. We have worked with a number of suppliers having ABE, JV Northwest and other manufacturers equipment in house. We now buy exclusively from ABE as the price, quality and support is top notch. Our current configuration has us using an ABE brewhouse, cellar tanks, canning line and keg washer. We have always received amazing support form Mark, Michael, Kevin and the rest of the technical/support team.

I typically don't leave reviews but when I was doing a quick google search for the front desk number at ABE (looking for butterfly valve rebuild kits, which they inventory) I saw the surprisingly low google rating, I had a read of the reviews and it was pretty clear that other suppliers are posting fake reviews which is pretty disappointing.

Industry wide I know of dozens of breweries using ABE equipment and I've never heard a negative word spoke about the quality of product or service. I'm glad we bought from ABE and will continue to as we grow.

Purchased a 16 barrel system from them that had significant additions and modifications done to allow us to use the equipment for making beer as well as whiskey and bourbon mashes. Dealing with Tanner was outstanding, professional and upfront. We were definitely told that tanks and steel was imported from China but that ABE retrofitted the equipment, reviewed material imported and stood behind the finished product. The equipment arrived 7 months ago and we have not had a single issue arise. Works as good or if not better than expected. I recently googled ABE and was shocked to see a rating of 3.7. I do not work for ABE, have no relationship, own a winery, brewery and distillery in Massachusetts and have been in the industry since 1995. I can assure you that this company is quality.

PS. Just opened up an new toilet from American Standard that we need to install. OMG - Made in China. Let's Investigate.
