i have been calling adventist health since MAY requesting that an employee be blocked from viewing my medical chart, as this employee has a history of viewing my chart outside of treatment reasons, it is now AUGUST and no one is taking it seriously. i have been in person, it is no help. on the phone, they act like they're taking it very seriously, they say they'll send me paperwork to have it done // someone will call me back. and then there is absolutely NO follow up. i tried to settle this the day i saw the employee working there and they would not help me. it is VERY frustrating that my personal health information has been at risk for FOUR MONTHS and adventist is not taking the steps i have asked them to take multiple times to protect me. they have told me blocking this employee from my chart is possible, they just HAVENT done it yet. at this point, it's negligent. and i sure hope there hasn't been a (or many) hipaa violation in the sweet time it's taking them to take care of this.

Do not come here if you need medical services, I was here in Ukiah for 2 months and they didn't treat my serious respiratory illness. They leave you to die carelessly in a bed all alone and the doctor should be fired for malpractice. Instead of treating my illness, they just took vitals and prescribed be pills for a minor problem that had nothing to do with my illness and on the pill bottle label it said it could cause death. I don't trust these people. If you need services go to Fort Bragg or willits instead.

Rude triage and receptionists.
Drs very kind and thorough.
It’s one of those places that’s easily, don’t judge the book by its cover…. The introduction can be shallow but once you get further on to the experts, the atmosphere changes.
5 stars for the professional staff with excellent care given by the doctors and nurse practitioners however, the front entry is not as professional as they should be.
The emergency waiting room is for the entire community… don’t treat them like trash please.
Lack of compassion seems to a major flaw with the reception area. Please note that it lowers the overall rating.

Walked in on a Sunday morning and was out of there within an hour - having seen a doctor and having an x ray. Very good staff and service. I am sure I got lucky on timing with them not being busy but I’m thankful to have had a place to get care quickly while traveling through.
