I had to have communication with direct care staff and the attending. This is the most condescending and unprofessional team I have collaborated with. Dignity hospitals are typically the best in their interactions and care of those entrusted to them. This team does not exemplify the hospitals values.

A homeless man we help with repeated sores on his legs went in with leg pain and weeping wounds. The staff didn’t replace the soaked old bandages with new ones! I thought care givers gave care.

I am beyond impressed with the service & treatment I received today. I'm a nurse from Atlanta in town for a wedding. Broke my pelvis today & was seen immediately. No wait time. ALL of the staff were prompt, super friendly, had such a drive to get things done & cared so so much. I was in & out in two hours & just had the best experience under the circumstances. I don't work in the ER back home but I know the wait times are much longer & I know how medical personnel can be. HIGHLY recommend if necessary.

I have good insurance, yet I had to pay over $2,000 for an arm x-ray. Urgent care was closed & it was a Sunday, so the ER was my only option. They denied my application for financial assistance after initially losing my first application. They're robbing people. I asked for help and they did not help me at all. I am paying almost $3,000 in total for an arm x-ray that I waited a very long time for.

My husband had surgery at AG Hospital last week and was an inpatient for 2 nights. We had a very positive experience here. The nursing staff was extremely professional and helpful in every way. There were mostly RNs who took care of him, as opposed to many hospitals who have mostly CNAs or "Care Partners". I am a retired nurse so I am very particular about nursing care and hospital procedures. All went very well, from admissions, to volunteers, to housekeeping, dietary, physical therapy, as well as nursing care; all staff were friendly and helpful. They accommodated our requests and made sure I was comfortable as well as my husband.
