I've read some of the 1 star reviews on here and wonder what happened. My experiences with Wesley West has always been excellent. I took my now adult son there when he was a child and teenager. I've gone there for myself a couple of times. I am a veteran, so I use the VA 99% of the time, but I had an incident a couple of weeks ago where I needed to go to the closest facility. Wesley West is my go to because of the excellent patient care I get starting with check in. I never have a long wait. The nurses are always attentive and nice, and I always receive the care that I need. They even call me to follow-up and see if I need help or have questions. They probably don't get enough praise, but I want to thank them all for what they do.

It’s okay. It’s nice to have a branch close to where I live but there’s some issues with it.
First, it’s the same over paid “doctors” that excuse any symptom as a virus.
My daughter almost died because of this. Turned out she had type 1 and was going into shock for being over 600 level.
Was a nurse who caught this leaving in the hall while she was having labored breathing. Otherwise it was a “virus”…..she saved her life.
Then there’s the society we live in and many choose to have and want until it happens to them which is any medical bill (which can cost thousands) is immediately sent to a collections agency.
Then that agency instantly sends you to court to garnish if not settled on payment plans and don’t miss a single one.
Wife had shingles and their “treatment and diagnosis” costs us over $3000. Well sorry, I don’t have a silver spoon on my mouth and can’t pay your bill within a week.
Whoever they sold the bill to (it’s a market in and of itself) instantly wanted to go to court over it. Sad for them I don’t own a yacht, golf cart and clubs, or jewelry they can get their grubby hands on.

After being turned away from two urgent cares due to “to long patient wait” our hopes were low. We were met with the nicest front desk lady. She listened carefully and was very transparent that we might be waiting a while. We were triaged in an hour and see the hour after. They did an excellent job taking care of my 11 month old and finding out her pain. We were so happy to have some answers on help in her and how they handled it was so kind and efficient!

If I could give half a stat I would. Took my daughter here because she was running a fever of 103.5 and couldn’t get it to go down. They took her vitals told us her temperature again as if we didn’t know and said it’s vital not much we can do. They gave us a tablet to make sure we upload our insurance info and then we would be free to go. No compassion, only cares about the money. I gotta say the woman checking in probably did her job the best and thank you for that.

Took my sister in to have ultrasound done on arm to make sure there wasn’t any blood clots after she just had surgery. They do not have an ultrasound/sonogram machine already in the ER, which I find EXTREMELY odd. Had to wait almost 2 hours for them to get one from the main hospital on hillside. When the ultrasound technician finally arrived, she was definitely not a nice individual. Very rude and condescending the way she spoke. Definitely not good patient care.

Visit was 1/11/25 approx 1800 the check in nurse was amazing and Dr Mosley was too. The RN Courtney I had was extremely insensitive and showed zero Empathy. (Whether she had a bad shift , bad day still doesn’t make it ok) Someone who also works in healthcare and at a local hospital myself I could never imagine making any of my patients feel the way she made me feel. The nature of my visit wasn’t for any narcotics or seeking any sort of controlled substances. I merely went in due to an Asthma attack combined with lingering cold symptoms. I hope I never have to have her treat me again and if so I will be requesting a different nurse!

This was the worst experience I have ever had. We walked in around 6:15 the place was packed with no serious conditions. My son had a split eye brown and a hole in his lip that needed stitches. I wish I would have caught the name of the nurse that basically looked at me when after waiting 30 minutes and I asked how long it was going to be that my son was actively bleeding and she basically said owell there’s a wait and gave me snarl and a head swerve. I will never go back here they absolutely do not care about their patients or prioritizing the ones that actually need immediate help.

I took my very ill boyfriend to Wesley West ER and Diagnostic Center and was put into a room within 2 minutes of arriving. Our nurse Hannah and Physicians assistant (Paxton maybe?) were extremely kind and compassionate and provided quick and thorough care. After receiving awful care at another urgent care clinic the day before our experience here was much appreciated.
