Seized out at work after having the flu for a week. Waited in the waiting room for 7 hours. Basically forgot that I was there. Was told at hour 6 that they were supposed to get six hour blood from me and still saw no one. I wish they would have told me to go to urgent care. I was given the reason that they were out of beds. They lost my Covid and my Flu test. Horrible experience. Never learned why I seized. Do telehealth before you go to this place. It's a trainwreck.

I brought a family member in, and the triage nurse/doctors were just deplorable. They treated us like an interruption to their day, and were outright rude. If I hadn’t already paid the $250 deductible, we would have walked out then and there…👎🏻

We were referred here to the emergency room last night (07/20/24) after going to their urgent care next door for a traumatic injury on my son’s lower palm/ wrist area after a horrifying accident while ice skating. From the moment we arrived, my son was tended to expediently. They sent a registered nurse to assess him immediately to determine if his situation was more critical. They completed his triage and imaging immediately. We were seen in a very reasonable time frame especially considering how overloaded they were and packed to the brim their ER was. When we were taken back for treatment, my son had two lovely medical doctors caring for him. One was a resident and the other the attending. My son was in a lot of pain, and hysterical at the needles and the sutures he needed. A third doctor came in and helped me comfort my son. Holding his hand and practicing box breathing and mindfulness during the entire ordeal. It worked. He managed to calm my son down, and the entire procedure went smoothly. The resident and attending were compassionate, kind and patient on top of being knowledgeable, excellent doctors who were very well trained. The atmosphere was more like a friend or family members home, not like other sterile hospitals. The doctor was with us almost the entire time we were back there. Stepping out only briefly to get more supplies and things he needed. All of them were super kid friendly, and managed to de-traumatize a very horrific experience not just for my injured son but my other son who was also with us and clearly anxious for his brother. Hands down, if I could give this hospital and their medical staff and doctors a 1,000 stars I would. They managed to have both of my sons laughing at the end and smiling, and gave them hugs on our way out. Unlike St. Francis, who ignores you, and didn’t even bother to assess my son after we waited at their urgent care for almost an hour with no end in sight…. This hospital was amazing. We will always choose this network and facility for our medical needs. Unquestionably, I would entrust myself or anyone I love to their compassionate and top notch care. Thank you for all that you did!

Terrible service, my dad who is on hospice was sent there to get his feeding tube put back in that came out. After waiting all night long they did the procedure in the hallway. We was taken by ambulance and still couldn’t get in. Then had to wait 3 hours for ambulance to take him home. 2 days later his feeding tube fell out.

Not right. I was in a car accident and taken to the er by ambulance. The nurses were nice and did everything the dr ordered. I went for mri and came back to room as the nurse gave me pain meds by iv. The dr came in and said everything was good and let me go home. But 5 min after my morphine shot another nurse came in with discharge papers and yanked my iv out and told me I couldn’t set in room I barely got my shirt on as he pointed towards the end of the hall and told me that there’s the waiting room. I walked out of the hospital with my firearm in my hands and the security guard asked me if I had a ride. I told them no and she said ok be safe. Not 15 min after my iv pain meds were injected. This don’t seem right to me.

Everyone at the ER was very nice! It took forever to get me in and out but it was just two days after Christmas. I'm sure it was a seasonal rush.
My nicest experience was a nurse named Michael. His job was to stay in the ER waiting room and take vitals while we waited. He was so pleasant and ready to help!

The nurse and Dr Brown were very nice. The nurse had a "nice touch". Don't remember her name.
