Within an hour of my arrival they had four different tests done on me. They were professional, thorough, attentive and even talked me through each procedure/test. From the gentlemen at the front desk in the ER entrance. My nurse, "L" (but Jackson was really holding it down), my lab guy, the amazing doctor, billing, even the cooks and cleaning beauties asked if there was anything they could do for me. I had only positive interactions with every staff member. Discharge was also quick and easy. Centerpoint isn't my closest ER and I'm so glad I drove the extra distance.

I was told to go to the ER by a nurse at my doctor’s office because I had been having diarrhea for several days and she thought I might need intravenous fluids. Not only did I not get any, but after having a CAT scan, I sat in the ER for several hours and kept asking for water, and nobody brought me any. I finally got some about five minutes before I was ready to leave and I had been there for six hours. The bathroom was dirty, and there was no sink in it, so I couldn’t even wipe off the toilet. And I thought that they would take a stool sample to find out what was causing my stomach problems, but they didn’t. So when the doctor finally came in after six hours, she told me that I either a viral infection, a bacterial infection, or irritable bowel. Well, I already knew that! I never did get the results of my blood test. I’m just hoping I didn’t catch anything worse because people in the next rooms were throwing up and coughing and not single person who worked there was wearing a mask. I will never go there again. Some of the people who worked there were very nice, but some of them wouldn’t listen to me, no matter what I said. It’s sure not the same as it was 10 years ago!

I was very impressed on the quality of care I received from everyone in the emergency room and once I was admitted to hospital. The whole staff treated me with so much care.
Also like to say the hospital food was very good too with quality food and a nice selection. Thank you everyone.
I appreciate. I’m sure if I didn’t get there when I did then I may not be writing this review today. Again thank you so much. 😊

Only had to wait approximately an hour to go to the back. My brother had been contacted by doctors office tell him that my potassium level was so low that I could have a stroke. I told him not to come inside with me because he was acting like a lunatic. I went to the front desk and told them to make him leave. They did so immediately. I eventually walked to the back and had a seat in a recliner. I sat there and waited until I told a nurse that I had a pee. He handed me a specimen cup and told me to pee in it too. I did and waited approximately 30 minutes. I was then told that my potassium level was fine and that I could go home. Had to wait for my daughter to pick me up. I have not talked to my brother since that day.

I was in immense pain and the check in personnel were just joking and talking to other employees. I had to wait a very long time in the ER while in horrible pain. They showed no compassion or care.

My first visit to the ER the staff was good, they diagnose the pain as a large kidney stone stuck. They sent me home to try and make it pass, no luck. PAIN was unreal My second visit to the ER after 10 pm was not at all good! waited in admin room while the staff was playing on there computers and phones for an hour before admitting me to the ER area. No pain relief, no doctor, No medication until after I get a doctor to okay the medication. The ER control area moved my bed into the control area along with other patience's. No doctor until after 7 am then a total 12 hour wait to get a room. That is the worst experience I have ever had at Center Point.

Horrible experience for the second time in ten years. Adequate care isn't important here as far as I can see.

The ultrasound tech lady named Bridgett (I believe it was) ran off with my minor child that wasn't even the patient! Then attempted to scold me until she realized I'm educated and intolerant.
Even the customer service/complaint lady doesn't return calls or emails.
Sad especially when 6 other staff members were in agreement that. She was in the WRONG

My care at the ER was exceptional. The entire ER team was more than kind and professional. Dr. Cunningham
went above and beyond to make sure I was cared for in
