To be honest it was terrible. Well the Dr. was terrible. I was in a roll over accident and the Dr. never even touched me. Never felt my stomach. Which was painful. Didn't do anything. I'm really upset with the lack of care I received. The nurses were great but the Dr. needs a new profession. I don't complain and I'm an easy patient but this is not the first time this Dr was not very thoughtful or thorough. I only gave it one star because it wouldn't post unless I did. I prefer zero stars.

They need more DR.and need to have more of what most Ers have. We were there 2 time's in 9 days and my husband is still sick. I WILL NOT BE THERE EVER AGAIN. I WILL TELL ALL THAT YOU ARE BETTER OFF TO GO TO A REAL ER AND HOSPITAL.

The Doctor on duty that night was not concerned about the well care of me and my family. We all have been exposed to mold and needed antibiotics. I've been sick for 12 days with which I couldn't get rid of the coughing with heavy mucus. We never made it pass the front door. We were triaged and discharged with flucnose for our noses. I contacted my PCP and told her what happened and just from the symptoms I had I was immediately given antibiotics, along with an inhaler and flunose and other allergen medications. I was very disappointed and dissatisfied. I came to the emergency room because I had an emergency.

I want to thank the two er Drs I saw. Turns out I am going to have open heart surgery in about a week. Apparently I have a lot of clogged arteries in and out of my heart. Thanks to them I got the medical surgeon that I needed and didn't know it. Please tell the two Drs I saw thank you for me. They deserve it. Thanks again.

I have to boast about the incredible care that I received Saturday from all the staff working that morning. Dr Keffer and Jen were amazing, informative, gentle, compassionate, and made the experience....as tolerable as treating a broken arm can be.
I was dreading going to the ER, especially here, sorry but truthful. The few times we have used this facility things did not always go well, lab, radiology, my husband's surgery. I knew when we got in the car I couldn't make the ride to Shawnee. I was nauseous, feeling faint, and in a lot of pain. We had no choice but stay local.
I am so glad to have met the folks working that day, I'm sorry I don’t recall all their names! The nice woman who checked me in, Jen my nurse, nurse Tina helped , the radiology tech, and Dr. Keffer. Thank you! Thank you! May God bless each of you 😊❤️

Excellent care in emergency room!Nurses, doctor, and staff were kind, patient and professional!
They encouraged me to be transferred to a hospital with an MRI! I was reluctant to agree because I was feeling so much better! Good thing they insisted
Because I had had a stroke! Diagnosed with a MRI !

Check in desk nurse and officer was pleasant and helpful ER Nurse nice and professional . ER Doctor from this visit visit was extremely unprofessional, Rude and inconsiderate of people. I am a Cancer patient that’s in this state and staying with family . My issue is that someone put in my file that I was abusing my medication. Although it may seems like it , I assure you, that is NOT the case. I left and went to DIFFERENT FACILITY . Which was about 2 hours later. From this time . I was admitted as an inpatient at this facility . This was on Monday, Labor Day, and I still here awaiting transfer to KU medical Main Campus. So, no I lm not pleased with treatment I received and WILL BE following up with the particular situation further that’s outside the advent Health System. This kind of treatment should have never happened. Thank you and feel free to reach out for and questions or concerns .

Thank you Advent health for taking such good care of me while I was in town to drop my son off to college. I got sick had to come back three times out of the week I'm glad the third time was the charm of helping me get back on my feet. Again thank you for taking such good care of me great team great doctors great facility ❣️😇
