I’ve lived in the Leavenworth area over 15 years and I have to say it- St. John’s has been there for me every time.

Most recently, I came in with an elevated blood pressure and the staff were kind, patient, and accommodating. Everyone who helped me, from the registration attendant to the doctors, was helpful and understanding, which helped keep me calm in a difficult time.

I’d like to take a moment to acknowledge Tim, the nurse who helped me that night. His energy was great and his upbeat manner made it a simple task to get through a two hour plus visit that happened over shift change.

The communication between staff members was super clear and I did not have to repeat any info- they were on top of things! Despite it being a busy night, I was seen in a timely manner and I was not left waiting any longer than was necessary between the steps of my visit. I did not feel rushed, either. My visit was one of the better experiences I have had in a hospital setting and I was grateful to the staff for making a nerve-wracking course of events something I could handle.

If I could give a 0 I would. Spent 5 hour in the ER and saw the nurse twice. Had to keep calling for pain medication. She knew he was at level 9. Told us everything looks fine…. Two days later we are at another ER with completely different answer. Never go here!

Excellent service!
The front desk, radiology team, and nursing staff were especially amazing.
Came in with horrible back pain. Everyone did such a fantastic job taking care of me. I'm feeling much better. Was able to get back to work without issues.
Would recommend this ER without hesitation.

Great experience. Helped our 3 year old with nursemaids elbow. Clean and quick. We were in the waiting room 2 minutes after showing up. In and out in less than an hour. Everyone was polite and helpful despite working on a holiday.
