Have (unfortunately) had to go here twice in the past few years. The first time I was actually admitted to the hospital, but the second time I didn't have to go through all of that. Both times, I was treated very nicely. The most recent time, my nurse was AMAZING. I was very sick and she handled it with ease. I felt completely comfortable with her and knew she had my best interests in mind. I spent only 5 hours overall in the ER (I arrived at midnight and left by 5am). I hope I never have to go back, but if I do I know I'll be taken care of.

This facility is a joke. I went in for back pain. I could not walk. I was in an accident years ago and have permanent damage. I explained this during my intake and explained I needed an MRI or referral because it was too long to get into my PCP. I treat my back pain with spinal steroid injections not pills or drugs.

When I questioned the nurse about the route of care I was getting 45 mins in to the visit - because it doesn’t line up with typical back pain triage the doctor was sent in. I was told by the doctor that they do not do MRIs or give referrals and he thought I had a cardiac issue. When I explained to him that I was a veteran medic and I know there is no “cardiac” issue- I was discharged with no help.

So I left with no referral and a 1405$ bill that I am disputing. They are not medical professionals- they are a big pharm / medical money facility and are only there to rack you up a bill.

Dr that stitched me up gave me 5 stitches when I should have had at least 7. Also they did not clean my wound at all before stitching it up. Lazy as ever and was there for 8+ hours

I went in for chest pains. Doctor told me Hey, whatever you want. I prescribe, you. Just sell them. You don't wanna be here and I will fill whatever prescription you want. They did not care about why I went there.

Waited 3 hours to be seen. Had 1 person in waiting room when we got here and 2 that were triaged ahead of us which is completely understandable. But I can't understand how even on a busy night it would take this long.
