I took my daughter to the ER cause she hasn't been feeling well. As soon as we get to the door, before we even have time to read the sign, a nurse is at the door being hateful and talking to us like we're children. My daughter is 20 years old and new to the area. She was unaware that there was even a clinic in this town. But the nurse, I think her name was Amanda, was talking down to her being EXTREMELY RUDE. So my daughter left. She got the same kind of treatment when she tried to make an appointment at the clinic. You're nurses really need to work on their empathy and customer service skills.
