I got there at 8am got attended until 2 hrs later, then I kept taking a hr to 2 hrs to see me again. I finally got told what was wrong with me at 7-8 hrs later. Once I got to the room they left me there without checking up on me for an hr. When they finally check on me they put an IV and antibiotic but some how they put it wrong that I don't get any of it, I told the nurses about and they fixed it but after a hr or so. Every liquid finished and haven't been replaced in about 3 hrs. This shouldn't happen if you are in a lot of pain and you keep telling them about it

My experience in trauma center at California Hospital was very good. They treated my critical condition with professionalism and ethic . I’m so grateful with the stuff members that took care of me during my hardest times. I will definitely share positive comments among my coworkers and friends when I resume my job .Thank you all staff

Checked in at the entrance quickly. Then I waited for about 3 hours after taking the tests. Compared to other clinics, the staff is kind. I liked everything. A lot of people spoke Spanish. Of the downsides, at the check-in window they entered my information into the computer incorrectly. I noticed it through the website and then together with the doctor it was corrected.

I’ve had some pretty bad experiences at ER’s before but this wasn’t one of those times. Such amazing staff and service! As soon as I walked in the lady at the front was super helpful and kind. They got me in and out super fast (granted my thing was pretty simple) doctors were very kind. Overall nothing to complain about. They made my experience pretty great!

I heard a lot of bad things about emergency rooms, but I actually had a very nice experience, the staff was so friendly and attentive. The waiting time was minimal, I get it it my be luck and perfect timing when there’s less patients but still.
I was trying to figure out the reason of my headache for more than 10 days, and they just found it out in no time and gave me the medication.
I will update this review if anything goes wrong with the medication or a diagnosis they gave me.
But for now Thanks for employees of that emergency department.

If I can do zero I would.
Worst experience I ever had please if you’re really sick DO NOT WASTE UR TIME OR HEALTH THERE.
If you’re sick Leave before you wait for no damn reason.
Checked in and 4 hrs later checked out without anything cuz they misspelled my name when they asked for ID. Then I found out they corrected my name and they said they put me back on the system so. I walked offfff and went got help somewhere else babyyyyyyyyy if you’re sick please Don’t go there you will DIE. Sadly

Worst ER!!!! Security is horrible, they will soon be sued for assault. Don't go here they will treat you like a criminal and treat the screaming violent crackheads with kindness. If you are polite and appropriate the nurses will think of you as suspicious. It's all backwards in there and you will wait all day.

Was in immense pain from an ovarian cyst, arrived 8:30am got through labs, ultrasound and results by 12pm. Dignity health took great care of me and took my pain seriously. I've had cysts before, when I had Kaiser insurance, and Dignity Health was a much better experience. Also please give phlebotomist Evalina a raise. she helped me completely control my vasovagal response and was so kind.
