I can’t even express how wonderful my experience was here. My family and I went to magic kingdom for the day and our hotel was right down the street. I ended up having a severe flare up because I have POTS. I was so nervous to end up in an ER, because my normal experiences where I live are never great. Well let me tell you… this emergency room is a breath of fresh air!!! It was super clean, not super busy, and the medical staff was top tier! Everyone treated me with kindness and compassion. My nurse Allison was phenomenal and caring. The respiratory therapist Brannon or Bramon (sorry not 100% sure) was very helpful with getting me a wheelchair and showing me kindness, and Dr. Sayegh was very thorough in checking me out. Also very kind. I’m just so thankful I was treated with the upmost care. Before I left, the charge nurse even came in to make sure everything was going well. This hospital truly cares about their patients!! Next time we stay in Orlando I plan to stay nearby here again just in case anything happens to me medically. I fully trusted them. And lastly I wanted to say that I have dealt with chronic, debilitating health issues since 19yrs old. I am now 35. I have been to so many hospitals. Dozens of times. And I have never had even one experience that comes close to this one. That says a lot.

I was deeply disappointed with the lack of professionalism and the violation of my privacy during my recent visit. The receptionist asked a total stranger from the lobby to interpret for me, without any prior consent or regard for confidentiality. This total stranger waiting in the lobby had access to my personal and medical information, which is a clear violation of HIPAA guidelines. I expect better protection of my private health details and a more respectful approach to patient privacy. I will not be returning to this office.

I cannot thank the team at AdventHealth Palm Parkway ER enough for the care they provided during our visit. While on a family holiday in Orlando, my son fell ill, and we took him to the ER, where he was promptly diagnosed with Influenza A. The staff’s professionalism, efficiency, and compassion truly put us at ease during what could have been a very stressful time far from home. The timely diagnosis and treatment allowed us to focus on his recovery and enjoy the rest of our trip. I highly recommend this facility for anyone in need of urgent medical care. Thank you to the entire team for your outstanding service!

My nurses and drs were quick and educated. I believe I needed an actual hospital due to the ongoing issues I had. They did a lot of tests which led to a huge bill. I got an iv and meds 2 times. Great if you need something in between an urgent care and hospital.

I was on vacation and had an emergency. Chose Advent Health Palm Parkway to go to and they were phenomenal! I never felt so cared for so well in anytime I’ve had to use an emergency situation. The location was extremely clean. Everyone was so nice and accommodating and caring. I would recommend it to anybody that’s in the area that needs to use it. Thank you so much to people that helped me. You are all amazing!

Our son had two lacerations above his eye that was pretty rough. As parents we were obviously extremely worried.

This was our first time at this ER. We were taken back immediately. The place was extremely clean and nice. But what made the terrible experience much better was the team. Brianne, the PA, was amazing! She was so patience, attentive , and compassion. She allowed our 4 year old to put Steri-Strips on her hand before administering it to him. He would not let anyone touch him and was very upset, but after her approach, he allowed her to patch up his eye. She got him stickers, popsicles, and even a glow stick to keep him happy. It was like she was in pediatrics. The nurse team was great as well.

The experience was so positive in the face of such a bad situation. My kid actually asked to go back the next day just to see Brianne.

Orlando emergency rooms are often a nightmare, but not here. Such a great team!

One of the cleanest, most efficient ERs I’ve had to be admitted to. The physician came in a timely manner and so did all assistants who took me for diagnostic tests. It was truly a good experience!
