Dr Rob & Dr Hagen were awesome. They made me feel comfortable, they listened and ran all test to ensure I was safe. Faith my nurse was a gem and the Anna phlebotomist was SPOT on ! I normally faint when getting blood drawn. I totally love this place. God bless ya’ll, and thank you

Went in for 5 stitches on my finger it took 10 mins my insurance was billed $5700 that's $1700 a stitch .of course they fought it and got it down to $1800 my share is still $450 insane. And no way I was going back to get them out I called and they said it's $3500 just to step foot in the office I went to my Dr and it was Free. Unless dieing keep on driving . Don't understand how they can legally charge this amount. I don't have this amount so guess there gonna get $5 a month .

Great first experience!! Front desk was prompt and professional. The nursing staff’s conduct was compassionate and timely. The Doctor was very kind and polite to my child. Great experience!

NYESH IS THE BEST!!! She took her time and made sure my concerns were addressed, She took care of my child like it was her own child. By far the best experience I've had with any nurse. I'm very grateful for her. She made me feel safe and comfortable our entire visit. SO SO thankful for her.

The Absolute worst experience ever. It need to be shut down. I did not receive any care whatsoever. I did not get checked in. I sat and waited for 2 1/2 hours and I was the only one in the waiting room. There was no one else waiting and no one in the back. The nurses were laughing and joking. I walked out and went to south shore and was treated in a reasonable time. If you go here they might just let you die.. absolute worst experience in an ER.

If you could avoid coming here, I highly suggest it. I couldnt even explain the situation to Dr. Moursi as he kept dismissing the entire situation speaking over me and not validating any concerns. I have never experienced this lack of professionalism in a medical situation and I wouldn't advise anyone to come here. If you’re looking for answers, you wont find it here. The nurse who was checking us out was the only one who seemed to have care in the situation and even tried to speak to him about my concerns. Again, he dismissed. Nonetheless, they went over my results and it was something else I didn't request nor knew they were testing for. No recommendations or advice about the problem. I didn't get properly checked in either. A mess. Considering going somewhere else because im sure I was misdiagnosed or not even properly checked here.

I entered this ER fit to be tied. My daughter was screaming from a fall. She, my son, and myself all have URIs so not feeling great and we had been given the run around from another er and urgent care. I was almost in tears but from start to finish everyone here was amazing. The security guard at the front immediately calmed my nerves and got us sent back. My daughter screamed the whole time. I was fighting off a panic attack. Everyone was amazing from the nurses to doctor to xray tech. No one lost patience with either of us and they listened to my sob story and concerns. I confused another one of their hospitals with the one that turned us away and immediately the staff went into figure it out mode. I was assured no one was in trouble they just want better training for all. I called when I realized my error but this means a lot to me. I am a terribly flawed person and mix things up. I'm new here, I have small kids, we've been sick for a week. Admitting when mistakes have been made is something I put a lot of value in. They didn't deny or make excuses they just wanted to fix the issue. That shows more integrity to me than anything. We will be using HCA for our ALL of our Healthcare needs.
