After a recent slip and hard fall on my lower back and ribs, I needed to go to Orange Coast Emergency Room for some help. I got there early morning and had no wait at all. Got a bed within 15 minutes they were already working on what tests I needed. After many different tests they confirmed some injuries I had and quickly moved on to treatment. During their studies of my test results they informed me of some other issues I had going on (which I already knew about) so that was proof to me that the team was looking at all the test results throughly. I'm on my way to recovery with peace of mind. That you all for your great work. 💛

They re admitted me after being admitted just to ask the doctor a question was seen by 2 doctors and they just dismissed my symptoms and said I had anxiety but didn't talk me through what was going on I also had a horrible experience giving birth here the nurse wasn't gentle and I felt she was rushing my labor just to have me get a c section. No empathy no care just dollar signs.

My one stop shop for our my medical needs. In this 18035 building is a pediatric, OBGYN, lab, and radiology department. The doctors here are knowledgeable and on time for the most part. My favorite OBGYN experience ever because doctors see you on time and don’t make you wait for hours even though you have an appointment. The pediatrician are sweet and gentle with my kids. It’s also an awesome bonus to get my blood works for lab done on site so I don’t have to drive to multiple locations which is difficult with kids

Had to visit an Emergency room for the first time in my life and reading many reviews on different centers I was nervous about coming in. But I knew the moment I came into this emergency room center I made the right decision. I got there around 6am and was in a bed speaking to a doctor by 6:20am. After many rounds of medications and tests, they also did a few scans on me and had me out and feeling way better than how I walked in by 9am. I was seriously blown away by how efficient the nurses worked and always checked up on me to make sure I was doing okay. I know every situation is different but the way mine got handled I couldn't leave a happier patient. Definitely recommended coming here if an unfortunate visit to the ER has to happen. Don't go to this E.R. I had a heart attack. For 18-24 hours they wouldn't give me my b.p. meds. or food & water. I didn't see my "attending" doctor Hai Le for 6 days. One of the nurses was drunk. Stank of alcohol, dropped equipment, rude, antagonist, ignored my requests, lied. All of the nurses lied, ignore their patients. One of the overnight attendants was doing drugs in the hallway outside of my room. Another attendant came to my room while I was sleeping. I woke up to them at the foot of my bed starting at me for a long time. Then they asked me if they could help me. I said no, I didn't need them. They said they can come back if I wanted them. The lights were off...

Part 1: OBG Gyn Scheduling (3 Stars)
Scheduling is unstable. Sometimes your appointment gets moved. Sometimes they offer you to come in during lunch (which is great that they are accommodating), but the appt in myChart is shown as 4pm! This is very confusing. We missed an appt because of this once.

Part 2: Providers (5 Stars)
The Midwives are great! Labor and Delivery experience was much, much better than UCI Health! Shoutout to Shannon M. for being so comforting and amazing. In Postpartum, we also had a great experience with Beverly S. Thank you Shannon and Beverly!

This ER is a wonderful place full of caring and skilled personnel. No one wants to go to an emergency room, but if you must, Orange Coast Medical Center’s MemorialCare ER is where you want to go if you can. Everyone there is top notch.

Good place to go if you want to be forgotten about. I was the only person in the ER when I came in and the patient load has been very light, yet in 4 hours very little has happened. I see lots of employees standing around chitchatting with each other, but people seem to have no clue that I’m even here. I have to go find people and remind them that I am sitting here waiting to be seen or for the next step in the process to happen. Otherwise, I think I could probably sit here all day long and no one would know or care.
