These woman are horrible people, they gave me problems with security and the nurses all because i asked for water for 1 hour and they laughed and mocked me

I came in a week ago. It was a Sunday at 3am. Not sure if my review had anything to do with the day and time, but I loved my experience. Although I was in so much pain (sprained, swollen ankle) the front desk was so helpful and concerned. The triage personnel was excellent, brought me in fairly quickly and right away started treating me. Gave me Tylenol and took my vitals, X-rays, 2 vaccines for pain, blood work, a walking boot. All within 3 hours. I was done and literally walking out (came in on a wheel chair). I saw the doctor as well (twice) but my credit is given more towards the nurses, triage and front desk. Since I didn’t go un-noticed by them. Thank you! 🙏🏼

I took my boyfriend to the emergency due to a sever static pain attack and bulging lumbar. We got checked in and was called in as we are filling out his paper work etc… We didn’t even have to 30 minutes! They took care of him provided instant relief for pain, and enough prescriptions too! The nurse who took his blood was amazing and made him comfortable, he’s Terrified of needles! Staff was very friendly and attentive to all patients! We had a great experience!

People are mostly dissatisfied with many hospital emergency rooms and this is because you don't come to the Whitter Hospital emergency room, it can be the beginning of your nightmare, you will be forgotten in the waiting room for several hours if you don't go and ask again and again. It is not an accident that this happened because their nurses were irresponsible and their managers were of low quality and had a bad attitude. As a patient in unbearable pain, he was asked to sign for discharge without even seeing the doctor. Everything I have experienced and unimaginable has happened here and I hope I will never come here again.

Would not recommend. Came in with infection symptoms and a cause for possible sinus infection, and Dr refused to test for blood work… first time I’ve ever been refused blood work from anyone. Definitely would not go here again, should have just went to my preferred ER at st Jude. They test you until they find out what is wrong with you.
This er will refuse to even test to make sure and rule things out like you’re supposed to do.

If a patient thinks and feels that something’s wrong with their body you should probably test? Especially if they are asking for it. No one knows their how their body feels better than a patient, remember. This er is what’s wrong with todays medical system. Drs just assume instead of testing.

我是緊急進去，但和我20年前的感覺完全不一樣，醫療加州有它一定的水準，但院方的行政非常低的水準。星期四晚上八點進去（腹部疼痛風，且排便已是黑色，帶表腸胃出血）儀器貼滿上身，所有指數一一呈現，我所沈述腹部的疼痛，檢查我膽結石（我23歲就知道我膽結石）我真實是腸胃出血，直到我出院，為成檢查我的腸胃（後知道是某種藥會傷胃，肇成出血）。重點來了，院方把重點全放在我的心臟部位，我痛了4天，當然所有指數必然不會正常，而不是我心臟有問題，血壓過高，星期五晚上開刀切除膽，星期六就要由三位護理人員，推去做心臟檢查（沒有經過心臟醫生檢查，或專業人員會診）三位護理人員加起來不到70歲，請問是不是草率了些，我提出是否請我的醫生到場，它們說，我的醫生沒有和約，不可以。直到六天後我要出院，不讓我出院，還在糾纏我的心臟，我在第七天才出院。有沒有發現，我是腸胃問題，而院方重點全在我的心臟，現在我再談我的膽，星期四晚上，該說星期五的凌辰，來了一位手術醫師，名字很長（我真的不會唸，又沒紙沒筆）她給了我她的電話號碼與名字，我跟本記不住。因出院要到她診所拆線，岀院後，一星期我回醫院要她電話和診所地址，拘然以個人隱私，不給我，還收了我掛號費，我什麼也沒得到，於是我只能到住院的護理站和我認識的護士要電話號碼，去拆線。原5天出院，但因院方一直想搞我的心臟，不讓我出院，我也感覺到了，第二天，我連繫我的保險公司，請它們和院方溝通，才在院方由早上9點搞到11點多，我才出院。
該園行政部門還未提到，星期四晚上進去，7天後出院，我到星期一，二才有飯吃，星期四晚上進入，星期五晚上開刀，不能進食，星期六煩，日行政部門週末不上班，沒人通知廚房，所以沒飯吃，但錢照收，正逢流感，院方不準外燴訂餐，連我老婆也禁止會面，所以連續三天沒飯吃，什麼的什麼，誰會相信，唉，這就是，我第一次住院，被搞得暈頭轉向，和我第一次也是警集進醫院完全不相同。真不知道為什麼中國人接手候，怎麼吶麼糟高？

Been here for 7ish hours for emergency services for my partner and all they've done is take her blood. Worst experience in an ER I've had and definitely will never come back. Avoid at all costs, death might be a better fate than receiving service here.
