Do not take your toddler there! Horrible experience! My 15 month old granddaughter had a very high fever, fast heart rate, and trouble breathing. They didn't get a room until 4 hours after their arrival. And this is after they gave her ibuprofen to reduce the fever. 4 HOURS. And they are still there waiting for Xrays, an hour and a half after they were roomed. Turns out she has viral pneumonia!
Absolutely shameful. Never again!

If I could give zero stars I would. Can’t even speak to the emergency room department to ask questions about coming in. Been here previously w/ okay service but Main guy who answers phone for triage is extremely rude and won’t let you finish your sentence. Im unable to walk or sit up and my bf was trying to see if he could check me in while I lay in our car due to my back/arm pain. Triage employee is very unprofessional, cut me off and hung up in my face.If you want to be treated like your needs and pain doesn’t matter go here. This is not a safe space and doesn’t make anyone feel comfortable to want to come here to be helped. Please do better.

Was there for a CT scan. From the minute I walked in, I felt welcomed. Staff was amazing - nurses, cadets, front office, technicians, the doctor! I can’t say enough good things about the entire staff. They were all welcoming, kind, caring, knowledgeable, efficient and all around professional.
I hope I don’t have to go back to an ER, but if I do, this will be the only place I will be going!
And.. I don’t want to forget the lovely young lady who is the first person we see, and who makes sure everyone is safe and knows where they’re going. She was just as awesome; friendly, welcoming and aware of everything!
It was an overall amazing experience!

I would like to give Zero star. This hospital is very expensive. I had a bad headache they charged me about $10,000 then they gave me discount the bill is $5000 for only headache and they didn’t know what is my problem they send to my primary doctor. I didn’t get any healing here.

Came in due to severe abdominal pain. I was assessed in a timely manner and was taken care of by a great team of Nurses and Dr. Avila. I went in with excruciating pain, nausea dehydration and vomiting. Came out hydrated and pain free. All the staff was friendly and very comforting. Everyone seem to love enjoying what they do. Thank you all for the awesome care. This place is truly a blessing.

Avoid this hospital at all costs! After I had my baby I got mastitis, I came to Rancho Springs unable to walk, unable to move my arms, vomiting, my whole body swollen, and weak. My breast was swollen and purple. The Doctor took a look at me and sent me home saying it will heal on its own. I went and got a second opinion from Kaiser and it turned out I had sepsis from the mastitis, I had to be put on antibiotics immediately and my breast had to be drained and i was left with a half inch deep wound that had to be packed and cared for daily. If I had relied on Rancho Springs diagnosis and went home, I 100% would have died. Please don't go here!

If you want to die go to this emergency room. Even 0 is too much. The PA who works there sees you as $$$ sign they have problem with emergency turnaround time and they still want to make money. I arrived with ambulance with extremely high blood pressure, pulse with chest and belly pain, they couldn’t even get a bed for me. I waited alone in the emergency room after first blood draw, chest X-ray, after the medicine they gave me caused me to get worse with no EKG. The other patient saw me and told the security and the security went told them no one checked, the lab tech wanted take more blood I told her too after when she told the Physician Assistant, he came took me to the room and dismissed me. Without having even all of the labs, EKG, and urine test that himself ordered it for me. I had even told him I used to work in hospital quality care as a program manager and he did this, I can only imagine what he would have done if he did not know that.

The level of caring and considerate health care workers is amazing. I had to go in for a muscle spasms. Believe me going in on Christmas eve is nobody's option. I felt like a bit of a hypochondriac in lieu of others who were there. But the from the check in, technicians and PA's everyone was so kind and patient. They gave a numbing patch and pain pill and a prescription for more. They gave me advice on how to stretch my back. I was x-rayed and made to feel calm
