I had a water disaster in my finished basement late at night, with water covering a good portion of the area. I was turned down by a number of national water damage restoration companies, so I began looking up local Glendale services and found a particular company. So grateful that I did. I reached out around 9:00 PM and had a conversation with one of their technicians. The technician and his crew arrived by 11:00 PM, started extracting the water, and removed the soaked carpet pad. They also pinpointed the water source and advised me to switch off the well pump to halt the water flow. By 2:30 AM, they had removed the standing water, discarded the damaged carpet pad, and installed floor fans and a dehumidifier. Without the technician and his team, my entire basement would have been underwater. The company's workers came by every other day to make sure the basement was drying as it should. Each worker that visited was skilled and well-informed. If you ever find yourself needing a water damage restoration company, this one comes highly recommended.
