My family of 4 booked a tour with Emo Tours Swiss through TripAdvisor for highlights of Zurich, including the lint chocolate factory. We could have booked the chocolate factory on our own, but we wanted a full experience with a tour guide for other areas of Zürich. Our tour was scheduled for 11 AM and after waiting 10 min for our pick up, I had to call the tour operator. I was told to wait another 10 to 15 minutes. After 20 minutes, I called again and was told traffic was too bad (It wasn’t bad at all) and to just request a refund because they weren’t showing up. I asked about the chocolate factory tickets which are now sold out, and we were told to just walk in and hope for the best. No such luck. So we wasted our last day on this scam tour site.

DO NOT BOOK A TOUR WITH THIS COMPANY. They are scam artists. Every positive review on Google is fake; look at their reviews on Viator and you will see that they never recieve more than 1 stars ratings and reviews that comment on the scams. Don't waste your money like we did! You won't receive a private tour or even a tour guide, all they do is organize a taxi to transport you and buy a public, self-guided audio tour that you can buy directly from the museum yourself (actual value of MAYBE ~$50 per person, rather than the $147).
