I recently visited the urgent care in Frisco and had a generally positive experience. Most of the doctors and staff were very friendly and attentive, which made the visit much more comfortable. However, I did notice that some employees seemed to be slacking in certain areas, particularly when it came to following the correct procedures. While this didn’t significantly impact my visit, it’s something that could be improved to ensure a consistently high standard of care. Overall, I appreciate the friendly atmosphere and hope to see some improvements in procedural adherence.

I had a health issue that needed to take care right away. I chose Legacy ER & Urgent care. Brooke Conant, NP took good care of me, she said she will follow up with me when results came in. Yes, indeed, a couple of days later, Lauren called me with results. She said that I will have a new medication to treat my condition. Dr. Jim Phillips MD sent a prescription to my pharmacy.

After few days taking new medication, my symptoms reduced significantly. I feel much relief. Thanks to Legacy ER & Urgent care for taking good care of me. Your staff is one of the best !

I recently visited and had a great experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and attentive. The check-in process was quick, and the waiting area was clean and comfortable. Despite it being a busy day, I was seen by the doctor within a reasonable time. The medical staff were professional and thorough, taking the time to listen to my concerns and explain my treatment options clearly. I appreciated their compassionate care and the follow-up instructions provided. Overall, I would recommend them to anyone in need of prompt and quality urgent care services.

I needed to see a Dr. and the day happened to be a Sunday. This was my first time here and the medical staff was amazing. Dr. Daniel Tauber was my physician. Excellent bedside manner and very intelligent physician. God Bless 🙌 🙏 him!!!

I used to frequent, and highly regard Legacy ER in Frisco, until today New Year’s Day. Evidently, on any given “holiday,” per the receptionist, a regular Urgent Care visit will be charged as an “ER visit” - I was quoted “$500 and up WITH insurance,” over the phone. So 10x the cost of urgent care co-pay! If a patient/client can wait 1 more day for urgent care on a non holiday, you’ll pay 1/10th the cost? I understand it’s a holiday, but this is just blatant GREED and very poor business practices. You can do better than this, Legacy ER management!

I am writing to express my profound appreciation for the exceptional service provided by Legacy ER consistently on each visit my family and I make. It is indeed a rare gem to encounter a business where empathy, compassion, and patience are consistently demonstrated. Legacy ER consistently exceeds my expectations, especially during times of vulnerability. During a recent visit for an allergic reaction, the team promptly attended to my distress, easing my worries. I must commend Susie, my provider that day, for her kindness and reassuring demeanor, which left me feeling truly cared for. Yesterday, we sought care for our little one as her condition did not improve following a visit to her pediatrician. Dr. Phillips' compassionate and attentive care not only alleviated our stress but also exceeded our expectations. These providers deserve all the kuddos for being awesome humans and truly caring for people.

Were very rude and ridiculed my gf for asking for a covid test during a visit. Could hear the physicians out in the hall calling her “stupid”for wanting one. Incredibly unprofessional

Friendly professional and kind office. Doctor understood the mission with urgency and prescribed common medications as well as writing a prescription to relieve symptoms.
Unfortunately for me, I do not live in the area therefore not able to return to the practice for any future need.
