I visited this ER in January 2025 and it was easily the best experience I've had when it comes to urgent/emergency care. The facilities were clean. The receptionist was extremely kind and attentive. The nurses and doctors were patient, gentle, and communicated information very well. I was provided with a folder containing all details of my visits and the doctors' recommendations that I was able to give to a specialist. This proved to be very helpful. Wait time was no longer than 5 minutes. I highly recommend this ER.

My wife and I were both sick on New Years Day so we went to TotalCare. The receptionist was very helpful and Pleasant. After we filled out the paperwork, we waited about 10 minutes to get called in to a room. The nurses were friendly, very helpful and extremely efficient. Before the nursed finished getting all our vitals and info, the Dr came in and examined both of us. The Dr was friendly, empathetic, and efficient but took all the time needed to answer our questions!
Later the Dr called with our test results and again took the time to explain the results.
I am very happy with the care we received at TotalCare and will go back for any Medical needs in the future!

Dr. Farley was so attentive and very easy to speak to and understood the concerns! By far the best care I’ve had in years! Definitely going to have this location to go to for excellent service and staff was incredibly nice and patient. Thank you Michelle, Donnie and Desire for having such a welcome and wonderful atmosphere! Much appreciated!

We had a great experience here. Check in was easy and they got us to a room quickly. Everyone was kind and the Dr did a small surgery on my daughter and was very competent. It was a good experience.

I would say this is the best ER I have ever been too and I'm from Houston. The entire team was amazing from the receptionist to the nurses and the MD as well. I even told my dtr if she ever feels sick again to go to them only!

Dr Nelson Dr Torres and Dr Farley are all absolutely amazing! All of the staff, front desk and nurses were great! I'm very happy with my care. I will definitely return if I ever need emergency care again! I would give 10 stars if I could!

They were awesome took me right in Stacey was very caring and she’s a wonderful nurse. The Dr is also amazing I love how he takes his time and not rush you out the place. Front desk ladies were also amazing. Even though I didn’t have my ID on me at the time they still took me back for treatment. Def my go to spot before heading to the crowded ER. You guys are awesome!!!

Once again - timely, professional, caring, extremely knowledgeable. Went all out to address our concerns and left feeling safe. Very personable. The doctor took great care in conversation to explain. I am military veteran and I would highly recommend this place. I don't go here, but I take my kids whenever there's something going on thank you. Total care!
