This was my first time visiting this facility. I was en route to another location and decided to stop here, I’m glad I did. The front desk staff, Taylor was very welcoming and pleasant. She explained all the services in great detail and clarity. I was taken back within a few moments by the nurse, Joshua and the exceptional care continued. Joshua was also friendly and courteous in addition to being patient and kind. He explained everything in great detail and left to get the doctor. Dr. Studeny came in shortly after Joshua left and he was caring and informative as well. He completed the exam and provided great detail and follow through. If I need an emergency room in the area, I’ll be sure to stop here first. They were all very kind, warm and welcoming with a wealth of knowledge. Thank you all for being pillars in the community dedicated to the commitment of patient partnership of providing excellence in health care. They make the difference.

My experience was very nice and helpful the staff was very helpful and very professional extended and supported all my needs and the nurse and doctor was very helpful I was in and out within reasonable time and if I have another emergency I would surely go back. When my mom was in the facility a broken leg, Jen’s dedication and compassionate care were invaluable. Even after my mom was discharged, Jen helped us navigate the next steps, offering guidance and support that truly made a difference during a challenging time. Her unwavering commitment to her patients and team creates a positive, supportive environment for everyone. Jen’s proactive problem-solving, attention to detail, and genuine care are truly exceptional. Highly recommend her for her outstanding service and dedication!

Everyone was extremely kind and helpful from the time we walked in the door until we walked out. Very professional and attentive. I am so glad I brought my husband in. They ran all necessary tests to find out he was dehydrated and had walking pneumonia. Thanks to the entire staff for making us feel comfortable and at ease the few hours we were there.

My visit was amazingly fast and my health care needs were addressed. The staff was friendly and helpful. My prescriptions were sent to the pharmacy and was ready for pick up when I arrived. I recommend Total Care for any of your health care needs.

Entire staff made a scary situation for me really stress free.from check in to scans etc.hopefully I never have to come back...but if I need to..this is my spot. Had to be transported to a different hospital..even made that easy.thank you all. Honest, upfront, and calming staff

Love the facility, love the receptionist (a gem!)- definitely exuded compassion and warmth upon entering the facility (it matters who you have at the door ushering in the sick and those who haven’t had sleep and suffering in their bodies! It totally matters!)

Love the all males after hours Mens club! Doctor Curley was very pleasant and so was the radiologist and the nurse! Very efficient, understanding and GREAT LISTENERS! Very personable and professional.

I love how if you knew nothing, you leave with knowledge about symptoms, treatment and feeling and getting better!

10/10!
