So I arrived at the ER and Abigail was a sweet heart. Very friendly and fast. You don’t meet people like her anymore. Then I go to the back and Chloe was the nurse on duty and is sweet as candy. She listened to me and addressed and concerns. She even had time to small talk with me. Then came in Dr Litchfield and he came in with test results and knowledge and he also addressed any concerns. Hands down I was in and out within an hour and half. Please go see these excellent people in the Highlands!

Dr. Aponte-Lopez was an incredible help and made the entire experience so much better. The staff is so kind and attentive, and multiple times offered us blankets, waters, and turned off the lights so we could rest. These little actions really added up for us! They have very extensive medical knowledge, and I felt safe and well taken care of. I will definitely recommend this ER to my friends and family. The facility is clean and private, and I felt as though all of our needs were met, and more. I am so appreciative of the staff and all of their hard work.

This place was amazing. Abigail helped me at the front and was very patient & quick to get me checked in. The nurse Todd made me feel so comfortable and turned down the bright room lights for me when I needed to rest. Doctor Atteberry made me feel heard and explained everything that was happening to me in specific detail. Most of the time ER’s are very scary, treat you like a number, and don’t seem to always care. Highland Park ER was the exact opposite and I am very appreciative of the staff and facility.

The best experience I have ever had at an Emergency room. I came in for stitches, and was treated like a spa patient! They gave me a heated blanket and a warming pack, took care of me swiftly and were extremely friendly.

Just got home from a visit and all I can say is that the staff at Highland Park ER are absolutely amazing. Front office Cindy, so friendly and welcoming. Eunice the medic, she has magic hands. I always feel pain when I get an IV. Well not with her, she was so gentle and nice, I felt nothing, not even when she removed the tape! Thank you sweetie for being so nice and gentle. Cliff the RN absolutely amazing and very helpful and informative. And Dr Sok is outstanding! He took his time to figure out what was going on with me and he explained everything. Very sweet doctor and I could tell that he does care, and that means the world to patients. And the CT tech, I did not get his name but he was so nice! This TEAM is amazing! Job well done and thank you for providing exceptional service to the community. You guys ROCK!

I came in for chest pains. The entire staff has great bedside manners, however Eunice who administered my IV did a one time poke IN MY FOREARM! Never have I ever been poked once and never ever in my forearm…I love her! 😂

Such a great facility and so fast to get in! I tell everyone to come here in an emergency because there’s nothing worse than something urgent happening and then having to sit in a waiting room for 4 hours. Come here!
