I went to the ER on a Sunday morning with severe stomach cramps, and from the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly comforting. The front desk, the doctor, and the nurse were all so kind and reassuring. I truly appreciate their care and for helping me figure out what was wrong.

I called before I went to make sure my insurance was in network, the receptionist was very helpful, nice and professional and advised me they would take care of me. Upon arriving her word remained true, check in was quick and easy. Wait time was 5 minutes, excellent! My nurse Brittany was very kind and listened to all my concerns, she is an exceptional nurse. I’m not sure what the woman who did my ultrasound title is but she was also very kind and made my ultrasound comfortable. I received my results quick and was in and out in less than 2 hours. Overall, amazing staff, if I ever need to come to an ER again this will be my first choice.

The ER medical professionals were amazing! The receptionist desk was very welcoming & worked quickly. The doctor & nurses had great bedside manners, cautioned me before every task, were great multi-taskers and made me feel safe.🙏🏽 With the immediate meds they gave me, my stomach pain subsided in minutes. The tests were negative, and I was prescribed meds to heal. I love Baylor-Scott & White!🙌🏾

Went here yesterday. One of the best ER visits I ever had. From the front desk to Nurse Tony and Dr Lee. I was talked to like an adult and my time did not feel wasted. Great place!
