Wow!! I was provided the best care from the time I entered to the time I left. Nothing was missed. They treated me with the upmost respect. Made me feel so comfortable and at ease and I was in a lot of pain when I arrived. Both doctor Bryan and Johnathan were simply amazing. They were caring, kind and provided the best care. They were very knowledgeable and explained what they were doing. Nurse Ashley hands down was absolutely amazing! She was supportive, kind, knowledgeable and knew what she was doing. The rooms were clean. I don't like going to the doctors and don't go often but hands down this was my very best ER experience. I know going to the doctor can be a dreadful but if you have to go this is the place to go for the best quality of care from the beginning to the end.

Been a patient at ER Stonebridge twice and both times they took great care of me! No wait, labs were done quickly and nurses were so kind. I have even sent my husband there when he wasn’t feeling well (and he HATES going to any place medical!). Great facility and thankful it is relatively close by.

Went in and was pulled back immediately by the nicest nurse, didn't even get to sit in the lobby thankfully! Dr. Zelley did a good job and was very calming and kind. Everything was very clean and quiet, felt comfortable resting there in-between testing. My husband and I were really happy with our visit and would definitely come back if need be.

Absolutely amazing service! I came in for a laceration on my thumb and was seen immediately! The doctor and the nurse were both so kind and informative, they stayed ready and kept me up to date before each step. Their names were Dr. Bell and nurse Kevin, I believe.

I cannot recommend this ER enough, especially these two professionals.

Ms. Brenda, Cody, and all the staff are amazing. They are very intentional and relational. This place provides immaculate patient service; I've never witnessed anything like it. Keep up the great work! Our first visit and being new to Texas definitely helped us out.

I am so grateful for the care I received at Medical City ER Stonebridge. I went in for a dog bite and my Nurse, Robert L. and Dr. Zelley were quick and efficient in taking care of me. It also was nice to be cared for by fellow Veterans. This will be my go to hospital for any of my families emergency!

Honestly the bad reviews on here have got to be over exaggerated or flat out lies because I've been here twice and have had nothing but best professional care from all the nurses and Drs. Better than waiting for 2 hours just to get a bed at a hospital ER, it's less busy so you automatically get more attention and bedside care; I've never had to wait to get to a bed, the online check in with the iPads are easy and fast. The Drs are quick to visit after results come back. I literally drive 50min out of my way from Leonard Tx and will still choose to come here because of the service they provide! Just saying!

My sister went there yesterday with her daughter and as soon as she walked in the nurse looked at the other nurse and started laughing at her. She had a bad attitude the whole time she was in there and made her feel terrible. Whenever her daughter or her get sick she always picks medical city, she's always had good experiences there until yesterday. She is very disappointed in the mannerisms of this nurse. I don't know the nurses name but if she is going to treat her patients this way then she shouldn't be working here...
