I got online found them online booked an appointment for 10am. Arrived about 15 minutes before our appointment. After checking in which was very quick we sat long enough to cross my leg before being called back. The nurse assessed my daughter and a few minutes after she left the room the Dr came in. I was very impressed with the cleanliness, the short wait time, and the friendlessness of the staff. Will definitely go back if needed.

I had a terrible back pain that I felt so over my upper back. Octavio and Dr. Kipp helped me within an hour of me walking in the urgent care and told me the medicines they were going to give me and how it would affect me. They were extremely professional and were very patient with me.

The receptionist was also transparent with how the billing was going to work and gave me the option to take it or not. It felt like they truly cared about their patients and weren't trying to take advantage of someone in pain.

The two RNs and Dr. Kipp were phenomenal to work with. Their laughter and joy was infectious and you could tell that they love what they do! The facility was extremely clean. I had an appointment and was in and out in literally 30 minutes. I highly recommend visiting iCare/El Dorado for your urgent care needs.

I took my six-year-old daughter to I-Care Urgent Care for a cough and fever that worsened over the weekend when her pediatrician was closed. This was the worst experience I've ever had. The nurse entered and, before saying hello, pointed out how often we'd been there this year, making me feel as if I was overreacting. She even questioned if we had a pediatrician. I explained that my daughter's friends had tested positive for the flu, and since she now had a fever, I wanted to ensure she didn't have it. The nurse never checked her vitals or confirmed her fever. Dr. Dale Del-Principe, whom we've seen three times, provided an inadequate diagnosis again. Following up with her pediatrician, we discovered she had pneumonia, and an ear infection after he said she was fine and to let it run its course. He claimed she didn't have a fever despite no vitals being taken. When I showed him my thermometer indicating a fever, he said he'd check with the nurse. The nurse returned and gaslighted me, insisting she had taken the vitals, which she had not.

This experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

Absolutely love the staff here! The times we have came we are always seen very quickly and efficiently. I have recommended this urgent care to many friends and family and have all agreed on how great this place is!

Everyone was friendly, and the service was quick. There was a nurse that judged us for waiting longer than typical to come in and get an opinion on what could be wrong. We told her we thought we had allergies and she wouldn't stop shaking her head and making faces as she wrote down our information.
The option they provided was a nose swap that covers 20 something possibilities. The thing is, they gave us our prescriptions and got us out the door before the results came in. The doctor had said it mattered what came back positive and yet sent us out without the results. Here's to hoping they guessed right?
