I was seen by Dr Snyder in the ER this past Thursday. He was by far one of the best doctors I’ve ever seen in the ER anywhere before. He knew exactly what was wrong with my foot after 3 weeks of pain. The procedure scared the shit outta me but honestly I had so much faith in him. My foot feels so so much better and it’s only been almost a couple days. Baylor is lucky to have such a knowledgeable physician on their team. Thank you Dr Snyder.

Kind, friendly, professional and on top of everything. Hard working nurses, technicians, and doctors. My young adult daughter was treated with kindness and respect as she had to undergo spontaneous surgery for a life threatening ectopic. Can’t thank the ER and women’s health care team enough! You are all amazing.

I’m 47 years old and since 2013 I have been in and out of hospitals due to ulcers, pancreatitis and gastritis including two perforations. In all my experiences as a patient I have never been treated with more dignity and respect than I received today under the care of Dr Holmes. He took my concerns seriously, he listened and he showed empathy and compassion. Thank you Dr Holmes for holding true to the oath you took. You truly blessed my life today.

If I could, I would give this ER 0 STARS! I would NEVER recommend anyone to go to this place. I'm very disappointed with the treatment I received. Or didn't receive. My throat is swollen,extremely red,raw and has white spots. I can't even swallow and I mentioned that to them. I went there tonight to get checked out. As far as I got was to the triage room, where they swabbed my throat for strep. My nurse David was very rude and aggressive with the swab. I asked if they were busy and he told me they weren't, but they have been steady. He then rushed me back out to the waiting room, where I waited 2 1/2 hours to go back. 2 people that walked in after me got called to the back before me, and they weren't even busy. Me and 2 other patients were left in the waiting room. I finally got tired of waiting and just walked out. I will NEVER come back to this place. Another time my boyfriend and I came here, we thought he was having a stroke and we advised the staff about this. He was unable to move his left arm and was very disoriented and confused. They had him sit in the lobby to wait and after about an hour of waiting in the lobby, they moved us to a bed in the hallway and waited for 3-4 hours before anyone even talked to him. We also walked out this time too. Went to another hospital and they took him back immediately and had him hooked up to machines. WORST HOSPITAL EVER! They should be shut down.

While being in the ER for 6 hours is no fun, it is made so much better by the people working here. Everyone I interacted with was very kind, thoughtful, and accommodating. They were straightforward and clear about the situation and what they thought was best. I appreciate the care they provided and the manner they provided it in. Thank you!

I think it is horrible that a sick person who is feeling horrible is expected to sit in the waiting room for about 4 hours. This was brutal!

My husband visited the E.R. for an issue with his pic-line. He got into triage immediately. Shortly after, he got his blood drawn and soon after that, an x-ray. We were told that they were waiting on a room for him after approximately an hour. The pic-line needed to be removed and placed in his other arm.He he ended up there around 5 hours without receiving the care he needed. When he informed the staff that he would be leaving, he was told, "Whatever" by a tall, white male with dark hair and a beard working the E.R. We were disappointed by the disregard for our time.

They were quick to get my nephew in cause he was DKN again which can be life-threatening because he’s one diabetic
