Our sweet girl was having trouble breathing and we were panicked. Our amazing nurse Chris took great care of us and immediately started caring for her. Everyone was amazing and really put our minds at ease. They were thorough and ensured that she was breathing a lot better before sending us home. I HIGHLY recommend them!

The front desk staff and nurses are amazing here. However the doctor is an absolute nightmare. Her bedside manner is atrocious and her English is non-understandable. For anyone having serious medical issues, I advise skipping this clinic entirely and go to a real hospital. The doctor assumed I was not having actual medical issues. Completely rude and unprofessional. If you came here with a gunshot wound, you would die.

Simply put, I was very impressed with the staff (reception, nurse, and doctor) during our visit. If you are concerned at all about medical price gouging, I wouldn't be at this particular ER. There were no unnecessary procedures or medications. This will be our first choice for emergency care moving forward.

I went here on the 26th with a rather horrifying personal situation. From the moment we walked in we were handled with such gentle and caring attitudes. April my nurse was wonderful. She assured me, and I felt comfortable knowing they would do everything they could. Dr Wilson was also very kind and gentle with his bedside manner. Even the radiologist was fantastic. I would highly recommend this place and would go back if need be. (Praying that the need isn’t there). Thank you for all of your help and support

Dr Lisa Wilford is the best ER doctor I’ve ever dealt with. She was very attentive, super smart, compassionate, caring and COMPETENT!!! She diagnosed my son and made sure to find him the hospital with the right specialists. We went to two different urgent care clinics before heading to ER of Texas in Highland Village . I honestly can’t see myself waste my time or money at the other urgent care clinics. ER of Texas in Highland Village does blood work, IV, X-rays, CT scans and everything “needed” to treat patients. The fact they have an amazingly competent doctor like Dr Lisa Willford makes me confident and comfortable with their care. I also would like to add that our nurse Chris was amazing as well!!!!

This is not a typical ER experience. It was amazing. The first friendly face, Taylor, was sweet and informative. The nurse, Susie, immediately took my son back. She was kind, gentle and listened. Definitely not the norm. The standard of care was above and beyond. Dr McDonald, Candace, Susie and Taylor are absolute gems. Even though no one wants to have to go to the ER, this was by far the best experience that we have ever had. Added bonus... they have snacks. Really good snacks.

UPDATE: I've been back twice and the service remains phenomenal. Everyone has been very kind, patient, and professional. I'm so grateful to have this as a choice rather than your typical ER. Dr. McDonald, Candace, and Christine made me feel very comfortable and at ease during my brief stay. This is the 2nd time I had Candace as a nurse. What an absolute sweetheart.

I can't say enough about this amazing facility. They took great care of me. Every single staff member was so sweet and caring; ensuring not only I had everything I needed, but that my kids and husband were comfortable while they sat with me. I never thought an ER experience could be so pleasant. I truly can't thank them enough for helping me through a very difficult 24 hours.

This place treats you like family. The minute we walked in they made sure we got into a room immediately. My husband was having cardiac symptoms and they kept him for an extended period of time to run all of the tests that needed to be done to make sure he was okay. Nurse Dianne was so reassuring that my husband was going to be okay and that he was getting the best care possible. Frances was also so helpful with helping my husband get to and from the bathroom and made sure he was comfortable. I can’t say enough about Dr. McDonald. He is the most caring and genuine doctor. He came into our room every 30 minutes to make sure we were comfortable and to check on my husband. They also make sure you have something to watch and eat while you are waiting for the results. The place is very calming and super clean. We definitely won’t go anywhere else but here if we ever need to come back to the ER. I wish more places were like this.
