Me and my fiancé. Have token our son here because he had broken his foot due to the incident in scool, we come here. The doctors were great and all but it was the nurse. She was speaking Philippines and she had an attitude and was like just not being considered of our feelings and how we were explaining our child's. Health history, long story short. Don't come here. They don't take things very seriously. I am now at another location because my son Foot that's in the cast has completely came off now. How does that happen? Not only that, when he was discharged, they didn't even consider of putting clothes on him or giving him a blanket. It was very cold that nights. Wow. Shame on the nurses, You guys could do better. I would recommend a different hospital only go there if you have minor flu's and minor pains.

If zero stars was a choice I would give it. This place ABSOLUTELY SUCKS. I went to the ER after days of severe tooth pain. They forced me to do my registration first and upon seeing that I was uninsured, they did absolutely NOTHING. Sent me a prescription in. (This was after midnight) That I wouldn’t be able to get until the morning. I asked the doctor if they had something I could use to numb it, he said no they didn’t.. 4 minutes later the nurse magically produced some numbing meds after seeing me in literal tears. Years ago this was the only ER I would go too. Now it’s gone to hell. You should have your doctors be more concerned about honoring their oath to help others and less about a paycheck. You are an EMERGENCY ROOM. Stop treating people so poorly. I was in and out in less than an hour, which sounds good, until you tho l about it. Registration takes 10 minutes.. so yall did EVERYTHING yall needed to do, AND got my discharge paperwork in less than an hour? Either your nurses are Houdini, or you half ass doing your job. One of the other.

The staff in this hospital are very racist they hace a attitude, careing less cause that same nurse for the 2nd time she told me they wouldn't and they will not treat me my for my blood pressure that i need to see for the my regular doctors. my I blood pressure was ove 190/130 I told her the I have a severe headache and I have at the time a heath provider. the Doctor and the nurse have bad attitude very rude that way they talk to me, I just left the hospital with pain and feeling hopeless I go head and decided to go to different hospital. I gone to the Methodist hospital. They hospitalize me for 3 days because of the condition they I have my blood pressure damage my kidneys, I don't recommended to latinos to go to this hospital they should close this mini hospital. I have to choose a star otherwise don’t allow me to post

My husband visited this emergency room with his finger cut off completely from an on the job injury. They cleaned up and disinfectanted the wound and said the finger was unsavable, and they referred him to a specialist that he needed to call the next day. He was wrapped with a bandage and sent out the door open wound and pain meds. This clinic is incapable of actually treating trauma patients. I ended up taking my husband to an actual emergency room where they had a surgeon on hand, and they asked for the other half of the finger where medical city claimed it as garbage so we no longer had it. He ended up with a skin graph and finally healed by midnight. Needless to say, this place was very unprofessional and not an actual emergency room they should have suggested a major hospital for the trauma. I would only visit for the flu.

Had I seen the reviews previously I would have never came here. Dr. Wever was great. Did his due diligence however the Nurses ALL had an attitude. They were rude UNCARING and medical staff like that should have there licenses revoked. They didn’t care how I felt or laughed at my situation. The African American girl specially didn’t even get her name but she was rude and laughing with the security guard shaking her head and laughing at me. So uncomfortable and I expect someone to care and have a talk with the nurses on my shift. How unprofessional. Don’t be a nurse if you don’t like your job. Become something else they are miserable. Good pay ain’t everything and you deal with people lives.

I absolutely loved this er… From the security, to the physician, to the nurses, charge nurse, & xray tech , they were all amazing, generous and very kind. I am from out of town not from the area and I’ll tell you I’ll return to this ER with no doubt or thought to it if need to be while in town. I wish I could take the entire crew back home because we sure can use their great hands and this crew can also teach the staff in west Texas a thing called respect and kindness. Thank you so much for taking good care of me , you all continue to be you and keep the smiles….

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY!
The absolute worst “ER” it’s just NOT an ER, it should not be considered that! I came in because I believed my 13 month old had a concussion. We came in with a HEAD INJURY & we’re not treated promptly. He fell and started throwing up and was groggy. No one is there to greet you as a normal ER, having someone there to be like hey are you missing a limb or need stitches. Nope not the place to do for that! It should be closed down honestly. The last time I came too because I believed my son had a bad ear infection and the poor guy was miserable, the dr barely looked at him, 2 days later I’m at Cooks children and my son has a ruptured ear drum! This is NOT THE PLACE TO GO PEOPLE! Save those 20 mins waiting and drive to Med City Arlington! Also, I know there’s a NEED for nurses & drs somewhere else. I’m sure their services can be actually used elsewhere instead of just sitting there on their computers.
