I was seen yesterday. I was in quite a bit of pain. The doctor and the nurses took very good care of me. They communicated with me every step of the way. I was administered the meds I needed and sent home with prescriptions. The wait was not long. This is the second time I’ve been here and it was just as good as the first time. I am home and feeling better. I highly recommend this facility.

David the PA was super nice and had amazing bed side manner. The nurse or whoever who took me in, however, did not seem super friendly. It’s like she hated her job or something. So strict for no reason. She had on glasses and had her hair up that was black/dark brown when I came in 1/24/25. I ended up testing positive for Covid and it looks like a resident was the one that gave me a steroid shot and it actually hurt super bad and left me a bad bruise.

This place is going to rip you off heavy. I got nothing done. Came in for food poisoning. They front desk lady with the short ugly haircut, was pretty rude. The doctor rushed me out as quick as he could. Was a total waste of time. He could care less, it was obvious. Then they hit me with $3800 for basic bloodwork. I had food poisoning. Just wanted basic bloodwork to see what may have caused it. Whole experience was horrible from beginning to end. Will not come back. Not should all of you.

After arriving in Mckinney, Texas I noticed some discharge from my eye. My son drove me to the clinic where I received First Class Service from the front desk staff and their team.

I was able to pick up the medication the same night at Walgreens the same night.

I was eternally grateful for the great service I received and for my son who dropped everything to make sure I received immediate medical attention.

Billy said we had to pay 1st before treatment/ being seen. We couldn't pay half now and half later or we had to leave. Please retain your front office to be accurate across the board and not to pick and choose who you want to harass for payment. He is rude, unprofessional and a liar. Asking for payment before treatment is false. And yes we did pay the full amount. My issue is the law he broke that's not ok and could warrant potential law suits

I care I received at Legacy Urgent Care was excellent. Check in was quick and efficient , and my wait to see the doctor was reasonable. I was treated well. Whenever needed I will certainly return.

Went to Legacy because of sore throat and runny nose. Was greeted upon entering and registering was easy. The nurse that did my vitals and other necessary test explained everything and results would be with 25 minutes. Then took to me into a patient room where Dr Lewis was attending. He was every thorough and prescribed medication. In and out in about 1 1/2 hrs. Definitely recommend this location for your family.

Last night, my husband and I took our 8-year-old daughter to the hospital after she hit her forehead on a concrete pole, leaving a small open wound. We waited over an hour, which didn't bother us since we understand that medical care takes time. However, when it was our turn to be seen, we were told that only one parent could accompany our daughter. I stayed outside while my husband went in with her. To our surprise, other patients were allowed to have multiple family members with them, including adults. My husband asked the doctor about scarring and wound care, but the doctor responded curtly, saying 'I'm not a plastic surgeon.' We didn't ask for plastic surgery advice, just a kind and reassuring response. As a doctor, a little empathy and kindness can go a long way in the healing process. As a worried mother, I asked my husband to inquire about our daughter's care, and we didn't expect to be treated with such disrespect. We believe that all humans deserve to be treated with kindness and compassion, especially in a healthcare setting.
