I recently had an incredible experience at Complete Care Southlake. From the moment I walked through the doors, I felt welcomed and reassured. The front desk staff was courteous and efficient, quickly checking me in and addressing my concerns with empathy.

When I met with the medical team, I was blown away by their professionalism and attentiveness. The provider carefully listened to my symptoms, asked thoughtful questions, and thoroughly explained my diagnosis and treatment plan. They made me feel genuinely cared for, never rushing through the process.

Thanks to their excellent care, I started feeling better almost immediately. I am beyond grateful for the compassionate, efficient, and skilled team at Complete Care Southlake. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of prompt medical attention.

Highly recommend Complete Care Urgent Care if you are unwell. Dr. Hart took exceptional care of me and then followed up to see how I was feeling. He was thorough and his bedside manner was perfect. He ran tests and communicated with me every step of the way. Hopefully I won’t need urgent care in the future 😊 but if I do, Dr Hart and Complete Care will be my first and only call.

During my visit to the ER, I was truly impressed by the quality of care I received. From the moment I walked in Crystal greeted me and was super friendly. She made the check in process smooth despite the busy environment.
Dr. Hart was outstanding. I felt genuinely cared for throughout my visit. The teamwork among the staff was exceptional. I highly recommend this ER if you want great & quick service! I felt better in no time!

The best place were I could get the Health services I needed. Very detailed-oriented and thanks to the medical staff I was able to be transferred to the Baylor hospital to get hospitalized. They helped me with all the paperwork. Later on the doctor called me for follow-up and I received a personalized handwritten card on my mail. The best medical staff I've seen. Thank you!

Amazing experience here with everyone on staff. I was in so much pain after a surgery and started to have small complications. They helped me quickly and with a lot of care. The receptionist was very kind. The nurse, Debbie, was an example of what the heart of a nurse should be, she sat with me and made me feel cared for and she had so much compassion for where I was in the moment. The doctor called to check on me a couple of days later which was really great as well. I highly recommend this place and I’m grateful that they are close by.

I can’t say enough great things about this place. My wife had an accident, which required getting staples, while we were on vacation in Dallas and I choose this place based on their Google reviews. We arrived around 2am and they were able to see us right away. Everyone from the front desk to the doctor that saw my wife was so nice! They even called a couple days later to see how my wife was recovering. I would highly recommend this location!
