If I could give it 0 Stars I would. Told Dr. Kessling chest congestion and that the congestion is making my chest feel heavy and be orders a full cardiac work up. Why You could hear it in my voice that I have bronchitis. Nurse comes to do an EKG and says the sticky things don’t like moisturized skin, so she’ll have to tape them down. While the other nurse is there to draw blood…the first time she had it but due to faulty material it wouldn’t work, in which she tells me that whatever they are getting their stuff from it isn’t good anymore because she was trying to give a patient meds through her iv once and the medicine was just going on the floor. I get stuck 3 more times, with no blood drawn. Then the dr says that the EKG showed I had a heart attack but that it wasn’t right because he could see by looking at me that I haven’t had a heart attack and that the machines just over process the information. Now I’ve had numerous EKGs and NEVER been told that.
I came in to ensure I didn’t have pneumonia or rsv and somehow this Dr decided he was going to run my insurance up with a cardiac workup that was unwarranted to make it look like he’s doing something. I’ve been to this Frontline numerous times…I’ve bought my son here numerous times. This new medical crew they have is not it. From me walking in and the receptionist being trained was laughing and giggling and could hardly take t information.

The two nurses keep them but DR Kessling…it’s time for him to retire. He’s not it. I won’t be back and if I do I’ll call first to make sure he’s not the Dr in duty.

Took my husband here for some chest pain. The tech in the room was on her personal phone, AirPods in so loud you could hear her show playing. No name badge. The RN and tech then had difficulty placing the EKG leads correctly and had to keep asking each-other how it was done. Very unprofessional communication throughout the whole stay.

Dr. Dipprey and Chris were outstanding. I came in severely dehydrated and they provided excellent care to get me back on my feet. The attention given, along with their friendly bedside manner was much needed and appreciated. I cannot recommend Frontline ER enough!

I’m truly grateful for Dr. Jeffrey Patterson and the Frontline staff. I wish I could remember each of their names, I was in so much pain that I don’t remember. What everyone needs to know is that this team is superb with service and kindness and they are very informative. If you should ever need help this is the place to go to. Many Blessings 🥰

Avoid at all cost. I went in for abdominal pain had CT done and was told I did not have appendicitis to follow up with gynecologist and no addressing of WBC of 21!! Ended up back in the hospital ER days later to confirm appendicitis and rush me to surgery

We visited this location in November of 2020 for my son. I thought everything was cleared through the insurance, but they sent me a first bill in May of 2023. I was frustrated to get a bill 2.5 years later, but I paid it and believed my account was closed. Now in August of 2024 (3 months short of the 4 year statute of limitations), I’ve received another bill from them. Even if the costs are legitimate (although excessive like any other medical facility), I certainly don’t appreciate them auditing and reopening old accounts so that they can extract every penny just prior to the 4-year mark the law allows. Don’t go here unless you want to be dealing with their billing department for the next 4 years!

Best experience I have had at an ER in a long time. The staff was incredible especially Dr. Tran. I wish he could be my primary care Doctor because he went above and beyond for me. He listened to my concerns and talked to me and explained everything in great detail. They managed my pain and treated me like family. Yolanda and Starchaun were extremely friendly and catered to my issues. I was given Gatorade and a snack when I left because I was hungry and fasted that morning for bloodwork. I will definitely be back and if you have not been there you need to give them a try. You will be very pleased. Ask for Dr. Tran. Thank you to those 3 individuals who cared about my well being and made sure I had all my questions answered. Thank you. Keep up the hard work you deserve a raise.
