With 20 years of healthcare experience, I was impressed with my ER visit. The ER staff was very nice. The Provider on staff had exceptional skills and great bed side manners. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the facility. I cut the tip of my finger off at work and my pain was at a 10. My only complaint was that I wasn't offered anything for pain control as soon as I was assessed. Simple over the counter pain reliever would have been great! I had to ask for the medication. Whenever a Nurse is triaging someone with c/o injury and the pain level is 10. The patient may need some type of pain relief. I won't hold that against them. I would definitely recommend that ER to everyone. Thanks for the care!

The nursing staff was awesome. The ER doctor had the bedside manner and empathy of a box of rocks. Jeromy was my nurse and he was awesome he made a horrible situation tolerable. He really cared about me and what I was going through. The ER doctor had some X-rays done and said no bones are broken bye. I was in excruciating pain unable to put any weight on my leg. He gave me a couple of Tylenol. My nurse advocated for me and got me some pain meds. I was unable to get anything to help me walk. No crutches brace pain meds nothing. Thank God for Jeromy or I might as well have just stayed home crying in pain.

Horrible experience. My husband went in with chest pain by ambulance and was sent home and told to follow up with his cardiologist. The nurse said she needed the bed for another person with chest pains. She also told me, I could not sit on the end of the gurney that the bed was made for one person. We have insurance that we pay for so if I want to sit on the end of the bed I will do so. Very rude staff. I ask if they could transfer him to Baylor the doctor said no they don’t have any beds. Lastly the next day his cardiologist called and he had a heart cath procedure this morning.. I will never go there again and my husband said take the risk and drive him to Ellis county line and call 911.

I recently had a very nice experience in the ER. From the receptionist to the treating doctor and ALL those that assisted in my care! They were really busy and it was Christmas night... But the whole team was courteous and professional and saw to my needs! Thx so kindly Dr. Black for all you did..

Long wait in waiting room, even though I was the only person in there. Nurse was very cheerful, professional, and knowledgeable. Doctor didn't have much time for me. Blood work and x-rays were taken, but I didn't receive any report. Good news is that the prescribed medication is doing its job.

Went to ER because I was vomiting and lot of blood. I was in the ER for a few hours, they did blood test and sent me home without figuring out why I had vomited blood. Vomited more blood a few hours after a got back home and had to return to ER. Went to a different ER due to the incompetence of Navarro Regoinal ER doctor Michael Black.

Probably my best visit ever to the ER. Was taken by ambulance. The EMTs were kind and took good care of me when I got there. They put me in a room right away and came in and started taking care of me. I was taken out of my distress as needed, the nurses were all kind. They took very good care of me. I wasn’t there long at all. Thank you so much for the wonderful staff on that day. The doctor, the nurses and the EMTs bless you.
