I had an Excellent experience with my Medical Team over the last few days.RN’s- Precious/Juliet, Tech’s-Dayana/Vera, Nurse Practitioner- Chomo
with my Respiratory Team(Mohammed/Manuel) which were Exceptional F Building~Fourth Floor #4312. They ALLL went above and beyond to assist, educate, service & take care of me. Thank you, thank you for turning this unexpected Medical Emergency into a happy hospital RECOVERY~NGR #4312❤️‍🩹

I had the most amazing experience at Charlton Methodist. I almost drove across town because of the things I had heard about Charlton. To my surprise and amazement the treatment I received was top notch! They had the state of the art in everything. When I went to give some blood they have a way to attach your IV if needed one stick! When I went for the Cat Scan using the IV already in place they were able to put the dye in my IV (normally, they make you drink stuff). The doctor was a wonderful tall African American woman I wish I knew her name. She was amazing and so smart!!. I was so pleased with the care I received from her. Today I want to let you know things have changed for the better at Charlton Methodist. I will definitely be back. Go ahead give them a shot so you can see what I saw!

Tonight I had to be brought into Methodist Charlton E.R. by ambulance. 1st let me give a shout out to the first responders who took GREAT care of me! I was transported straight to the treatment room and I was met at the door by a friendly nurse by the name of Tracie who took PHENOMENAL CARE of me, throughout the evening during my stay. And Thank you Thank you to Dr. T. in the ER who made sure that all my medical needs were addressed. . Methodist Charlton has a WONDERFUL; ER Team that work well together and makes sure that their patient stay flows well.Thanks again guys for truly caring. YOU ARE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

In October I had back surgery at Methodist Central. Although the surgery went well, complications set in when the staples were removed. I was given a choice of getting wound care from where I had the surgery or going to Methodist Charlton. I chose the latter because it was closer to my home. To this day, I’m glad that I did. From the very beginning, Dr. Ali and his staff were amazing. They explained how the procedure worked, what I would be going through and what I could do to help take care of my wounds so that my body could heal properly and quickly. They told me from the beginning and throughout the entire time the importance on eating protein. Wound care is painful but they made it as comfortable as possible for me. Thank you Dr. Ali and staff. You truly care about your patients. Definitely 5 Star service.

Thank you to the Charlton Methodist team who took care of me last night. Last night was so scary for me, & my mother as I thought it would be my last. The staff at methodist took nothing, but great & efficient care of me & I couldn’t be more thankful. Thank you to my nurse Joey, who is great at what he does & to my doctor. Also a special thanks to Ms. Brenda (PCT)she took absolutely great care of me in the short while i was in her presence. She treated me with so much love & kindness that I will never ever forget. Thank you to you all! 💕

We have been coming to Charlton for 45 years with our whole family. But, as I write this, I am sitting in a room in the ER with my wife, probably overnight. We were here at the beginning of January and were in the ER for 25 hours because no rooms were available. We are elderly and both of us have serious chronic diseases. I am her 24/7 caregiver and need to be with her, but there is no provision here for a spouse or caregiver. So I will sit up all night and exacerbate my Parkinson's Disease just because this hospital is inadequate. There are some wonderful nurses and other staff here trying their best but this facility is no longer functioning at a high level. AVOID.

The doctors and employees have excellent bedside manners. The services provided to me were compassionate, loyal and outstanding. I highly recommend this Hospital for the explemary services provided to me by my Cardiologist and the employees of Charlton.

Hello just wanted to recognize one of the best nurses at Methodist Hospital - Miguel D. He was phenomenal actually he wasn't my nurse but he was passing by and noticed I was in so much pain. He said let me see how I can assist you, Nurse Miguel contacted the doctor and instant he return with medication that eased my pain quickly and continued to check on me with the most pleasant spirit.
