I came in on Thanksgiving with very serious issues and all of these people were top notch caregivers. I felt very safe, heard and cared about. Sonya, one of the overnight nurses was especially exceptional. She even had gotten a bed for my girlfriend, who had brought me in that night. Very comfortable place. Wonderful people. Thank you all so very much. 10 out of 10 ❤️

I would highly recommend this location. Everyone was welcoming from entering to discharge. Soon as they had a bed available, nurses and doctor Murry were on to top of it. I never felt like I was in the dark with progress. Had great conversations and even a few good laughs, which we all need when feeling down. Thank you for the care and attention given.

I’ve been to Urgent Care in 4 other states, including Texas, which is “supposed” to have the best hospitals in our country. I’ve never seen such efficiency. I was in and out of there so quickly, but I never felt rushed. Every single person I interacted with was extremely kind, gentle, clear, and confident. I’ve never seen anything like it. 10/10.

I don’t usually ever post public reviews, but our family has needed to visit this ER a few times, and have consistently received absolutely excellent care. Every person we interacted with when we had to bring our daughter in for a scalp laceration was so wonderful. They did everything possible to make her comfortable and ease her fears about getting stitches. It was wonderful to have child life specialist, Sonia, there with her favorite show to watch on an iPad and a squish toy to keep her occupied. We had very timely care and couldn’t be more grateful. If we ever need urgent care or ER services again, this is absolutely where we will go.

Can't really review this facility but rather this is an overall feedback for emergency/urgent care in the states. You only get to use it if you are dead. Wait times are absurdly long. Could not get my 3 year old to be seen by a doctor as we were told to wait 4.5 hours. Do better, so-called 1st world country.

Wow! Not sure I have ever experienced an urgent care so fast and effective. Quickly triaged. Barely any wait in the lobby. Doctor arrived quickly. All while everyone was very friendly and caring.

Absolutely wonderful care in the ER. Dr Brittany Philpot is the best. Her bedside manner and care of patient is so impressive. Both my husband and I, unfortunately, had recent visits and were so impressed with the care at West Heslth.

On a Saturday with 30 patients before me, I was expecting to wait my turn. The staff remained pleasant, professional, and effective. Through a very complete exam and tests they were able to diagnose, treat, get me meds from the onsite Pharmacy and send me home to recoop with no extra stops. I didn’t mind the wait and surely will use again when needed!!!!
