Best ER I've ever been in! I slid down a flight of stairs and was pretty sure I had broken hip and ribs. The staff and medical team was outstanding, as were the facilities. Friendly,helpful, sympathetic, and extremely smart and good at what they do.

I was admitted through emergency and needed surgery. From the moment I arrived I was treated very well. The entire staff was caring and attentive. I was in room 3129 and the staff cared for me around the clock. Anything I needed, they helped. The nutrition staff was very pleasant in helping me as well as the lady who came to tidy my room. The OR staff was very informative and patient as I was nervous. I will not hesitate to bring my family to Advent Health Apopka in the future!

The entire staff was professional and courteous but I would like to extend special thanks to Dr. Maritza Rodriguez in the emergency department. Dr. Rodriguez's thoroughness and attention to detail were outstanding. She performed a comprehensive series of tests and examinations which were instrumental in diagnosing my condition. The Visit on January 3rd was not a pleasant one. I pain in my left shoulder and down my Arm., I was nauseous. Not feeling good.I thought was caused by pain. I have a hairline fracture in my Right hip and a hairline for actor my right wrist, I try telling the Doctor.
Maybe that's why I wasn't feeling good, but she said it was too long ago and she didn't really seem to care. She seemed to blow it off. She because I have very bad veins. It took 3 nurses to get an ivy in and drew some blood. She Wanted.
To do an X-ray. And my left shoulder in my chest and she did do AE. K. G which everything was fine so I didn't think it was necessary to do a chess X-ray.
I kept telling them. I Hurt very badly with my shoulder and nothing was given to me for the pain.
They also.
Started an ivy drip They only ran it for 5 or 10 minutes. It was taken off and never put back in. I already had the results for my x ray of my left shoulder and my blood test i Read them in the room.I know it's an e. R. And the Doctor doesn't have much time.
But she never came back to go over.The results never gave me anything For pain I asked the nurse if I can take my own painkillers. She text the Doctor. And the Doctor.
Said so go ahead, take take take them.
Nobody wasn't in the room When I took it so they don't know what I took.How many I took?I was in so much pain.I took 3 of my pain pills and a muscle relaxer.It was the only way I was walking out of when I can when I get Home the next day.I asked my friend whose son is an Emergency room doctor and two people in my family that Are emergency room nurses? All of them said I should not have been able to take my own medicine in the hoslittle. And without anybody being in the room.
Because nothing was being done. On my tests were well. I asked the nurse to take the. IV out and I walked out. The next day I I went back in to talk to somebody and also wasn't feeling any better.
And it seemed like they did a lot better , but it was just to Appease me. The nurses were very good.
I had it a Doctor before and walked out in her before. Cause she never came back to the room. I would like it if I ever go back to the emergency room.I'll try to go somewhere else I would like never to have that Doctor .again She may be a great Doctor but she's not a Doctor for me.
First first time I had her and the things happen. She never came back to the room and I walked out then nobody ever. To care of it called me or anything this time.I had a nice nurse on the phone who tried to help me I'm Saturday trying to get a Doctor who was in charge to call me.But he never called.I am very disappointed in this hospital and this Emergency room I Have been to celebration hospital. If it wasn't so far I would go there. I have never had a bad experience with anybody there. I know my thing was not an emergency but maybe to me it was. I hope this time I will get a response

Brian was amazing the nurses were so kind so caring and that entire ED is a class above! They are very attentive and I was in so much pain it was hard to be my normal self but they took such great care of me as well as the ambulance crew top notch and I have been a medic and worked at HCA so I always am observant plus I’m still in health care ! That hospital is amazing ! Thank you Brian for being so quick to diagnose me and get me discharged quickly!

Kidney stone took me as soon as I arrived IV was given and then doctor arrived and was given pain medication. Then was scanned to confirm stone. Given prescription and sent home.overall good experience.

Bought my 10 month old baby and the LONG WAIT WAS TERRIBLE!!! The staffs were nice but really take long time to see you. Especially the baby doesn’t have so much patience to wait very long. Understandable if there is really an emergency case they are handling before us, but i just saw doctors and nurses just sitting, gossiping, chitchatting, using their cellphones rather than attend patients in a timely manner!!!!!
