First I would like to say that last time I took my wife here last year (migraine) was a very good experience. We felt they got us in quickly and treatment was hasty. This time however, was not so much, it was an hour or more before we saw the Dr. Then another half hour or so before migraine cocktail was administered. Sometimes this may be acceptable but when I had to come out twice to ask for water for my suffering wife, meanwhile hearing alot of laughing from the nurses out at the post, that's hard to take! Nurses don't forget you have hurting people in those rooms and the last thing they want to hear while waiting forever is you out there yucking it up! The Dr however seemed caring and did his part to help our situation.

Absolutely terrible experience. I went in and I was literally shaking and throwing up everywhere, and the people didn’t even really come check on me. They gave me a prescription and sent me on my way. I had emphysema for Christ sakes and all they gave me was ibuprofen. Not an antibiotic which any normal doctor would prescribe: absolute terrible service. These people are rude and don’t care about you. I’m literally on my way too a different ER, because my throat is closing up to where I can’t swallow. I feel like they would hire a monkey out of the zoo just to save money on staff. Absolutely terrible! Do not go here.

Absolutely awful experience. I would not suggest bringing your loved one here if you want to be properly triaged or taken care of. We were very rarely checked on and unsure how the nurse made notes on me because she was not even around to check on me.

From the customer service on the phone asking if they offer a specific service, to checking in at the front desk, to the nurse, and doctors, technicians, EVERYONE I came into contact with was extremely helpful and very nice. I don't remember names very well, wish I did so I could address them personally, but not one negative attitude and I was speaking with 5 or 6 different professionals there. They took their time addressing my concerns and explaining everything. Didn't feel rushed at all. Only downfall was me being there for about an hour and a half, but understand there are others as well. Even with that I'll definitely use them again if needed.

I want to give a shout out to the ER nurse Miss Latasha. She was very patient, knowledgable, and had great bedside manner. She was very kind to my daughter who is autism nonverbal. She deserves a raise and employee of the month. The other ER nurse Mr. David was very nice too.

Went in 11/26. Around 1130am. No wait time, Got me into a Room Pretty quickly. Highly Recommend Going Here. DR. BARONE Was AWESOME. Very Attentive To My Concerns. (She didn’t Rush Nor Dismiss Me) Megan, The Nurse Was Just As Sweet As Can Be. I Felt Weak & She Offered Me A Sandwich. THAT WAS SO KIND OF HER. Melanie, Did My Blood Work…. She Was So Gentle, Patient, & Kind. I Can’t Remember The Guy Who Did My X-rays But He Was So Kind As Well. Also, The Young Fella… Kenny Who Did My Registration/Billing Was AWESOME. These People Was So Kind To Me. I LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT THEM & THE PLACE. Nice & Clean. THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR KIND SERVICE. It’s not often that you have a TEAM FULL OF KIND FOLKS who actually take their time to be attentive and care about the patient needs. THANK YOU AGAIN.

Would’ve been a 5 star if it wasn’t for the fact that we were there and X-rays done all within 1 1/2 hours. Waited for 4 1/2 more hours for the test results! That was ridiculous and uncalled for. Not sure if a Radiologist wasn’t available but very unnecessary. Also, Richard that put my Mom’s arm in a splint totally dismissed the fact that I (the daughter) as even there. I was invisible to him-not really a people person and maybe shouldn’t be doing what he does!!

Horrible experience. Took my young daughter in at 11:30 pm for an issue. Walked into the ER and saw the security guard on a computer. Got checked in with minimal instructions on what to do. We were taken back by a nurse who never smiled, hardly greeted us and quite frankly looked unprofessional. The Dr. came in and had his hands behind his back the whole time. I had to probe questions and clarity from him and his staff as they stood there and just looked annoyed the whole time. I am not sure how these are hired medical professionals. The place felt unsafe in so many ways, and it's a shame there aren't any other facilities with better care in the Brandon area. I do not recommend this facility.
