I’m too mentally exhausted to write it all. Long story short I suffered a concussion almost two weeks ago and still having significant symptoms including instability. After tonight’s visit I will NEVER go back to an ER even if I am bleeding from every crevice of my body. The nurse was exceptional, he was caring, concerned and empathetic. The PA who I saw was flippant and showed zero concern or empathy. I was never examined - literally not examined which I find incredibly disappointing. The only good news is, I do think I will be fine in the end but they did a great job of ensuring I will never go back to an ER.

Very clean, immediately seen and everyone was so nice. Only comments are that if you visit an ER I would like my loved one to be seen by an MD and not a PA. Also, the cafeteria closes at 6:30 and there are no other places to get food. The nurse got us some snacks but would be nice if there were other options for family members. Thank you for a positive experience!

Excellent care with special mention to Macele Rn, Desiree, Rn, Ava Rn , my gratitude for the exceptional care that my husband Conrado sorilreceived (rm214)Feb 3-6 2025 your kindness,professionalism , dedication, attention to his needs&expllained everything clearly, reassurance that ease my husbands anxiety, willingness to go the extra mile to ensure his comfort and needs are taken cared of.
Macele Rn (charge Rn) kudos to her exceptional skill in IV therapy , my husband was a difficult stick they have to call IVRn of course they have to use Ultrasound to help them and still have difficulty . Felt really bad for my husband and he really need site for his ABX and steroid major rx for pneumonia.
Macele Rn came and started his IV without difficulty and an excellent site too. At the nite she also her own pts on top of being Charge but I never felt that it was a burden for her,. She’s very calm and reassuring .

Just needs a liitle fixing on their equipment
The alarm needs to get fixed. Felt bad for the staff unnecessarily checking us bec the call light / alarm keeps going off.
Kudos to the staff coz they attent to the call light (noted not pissed instead very apologetic) felt bad coz they are taken away from their other responsibilities .
Bathroom sink not draining properly.

I was in the urgent care for a cat bite and the personnel, including the nurse and physician assistant resident were both extremely helpful, pleasant and professional. They used a very good team approach in my opinion.u

I gave it 4 stars because I love this hospital. The Dr's are amazing. The staff, nurses and whoever else are very attentive. The last visit I was not fond of the Dr's choice in after care medicine. He prescribed me a strong nsaid and I have Gerd so I can't take them. But other than that I love it there.

3 other patients all more lively then my mother came in and were seen lickity split. They gave the person sleeping in the lobby more attention. I'm praying they call her back soon because her abdominal pain is rising while her energy is FAILING.

Edit. They've taken a 4th and 5th patient back. ALL OF THEM CHIPPER AWAKE ALERT. This is ridiculous.
