Over the summer my daughter was in a bad scooter accident and we rushed her to this ER. I am so glad we did! The entire office was so wonderful to our family. They made sure she got top notch care while calming our nerves and fully explaining what to expect. I recommend them to everyone I know and will always be appreciative of their amazing team!

Security Guard was super efficient and quick to help. The nursing staff were incredibly professional and knowledgeable, kind and efficient. After being misdiagnosed and given the wrong medication 2 weeks ago in another place. I came to this ER yesterday morning around 8am super sick with the most horrible cough ever, fever, congestion, etc. I was miserable and literally in tears. Since the moment I checked in I received the best treatment and proper care from all the staff and nurses. I was seen by Dr Dominic Iorio who was very professional and a blessing, he did the proper test, gave me the right diagnosis and explained everything that was happening. He gave me the right medication and by the end of the day I was relieved and feeling 100% better. Today I feel great !!! Thank you Dr Iorio and wonderful staff.

Came in for an antibiotic allergy and they treated my allergy so that was fine, but they wrote down my primary reason for coming in as “anxiety” or panic attack when in fact I had pretty obvious symptoms of an allergic reaction… Also, they were supposed to take a urine culture and send it out for further testing (that’s why I was on antibiotics) for a bladder infection… this urine culture was pretty important for me and I waited 3 days and called them constantly and by the 3rd day they said they never sent it out. I told them the doctor specifically told me they would send it out for further testing. I was waiting for nothing and no one communicated or clarified about it! I was pretty upset…so I would say if you’re getting any tests or anything done make sure they actually do what they are instructed to do otherwise something important may be missed. That shouldn’t be the case with medical situations.

My wife had a shoulder injury and was told that she could do an MRI. When we got to the ER they took her back and said that they don’t do MRI for shoulder even though a nurse told us we would be able to. They discharged her within 5 min with no solution and still billed the insurance for a full ER visit. It was the hospitals mistake to give us inaccurate information, the LEAST they could have done is to not bill our insurance and us have to pay for being there less than 5 minutes a full ER visit. Will NOT be returning, very unprofessional. If I could do less starts I would.

I have had to go to the ER 3 times in 2 months. I went to the stand alone ER on Hwy 54 near the Suncoast Parkway. It was the best experience in care I have had in along time. They got me in with no wait each time. I was attended to quickly and in the most pleasant manner by all the staff involved in my care. The first visit I had to be admitted to the hospital. It was the easiest process I have ever seen. Their ambulance transported me to the main hospital within 40 minutes and straight to my room. I didn't have to go through the ER at the main hospital. I would recommend everyone give them a try when your next need arises. You won't be disappointed. I highly recommend Dr. "B" if you are lucky to be on his shift. Thank you to everyone there. They really do care.

I had persistent pain in my right shoulder. It was becoming increasingly worse. I was encouraged by my daughter to visit the Advent Health Central Pasco ER. My daughter had taken my grandchildren there and was very impressed with the quality of service. I followed her advice and went to the Advent Health ER. And I am so glad that I did. I arrived there in the afternoon and was escorted to an exam room within fifteen minutes. I was helped onto a bed, my vital signs monitored and was seen by the physician within thirty minutes. I never got the chance to watch the television in the room. I was examined, imaging tests were performed and I was diagnosed and treated for pain. I was given a script for Physical Therapy which I have been doing. I highly recommend the Advent Health ER because of their professional and compassionate care. I have to mention also that the atmosphere was very calm and peaceful!

The care was excellent! My nurses Bryan, Ashley, and Sean as well as Dr. Iorio were outstanding. The CT technician was also wonderful and compassionate! I will definitely recommend this ER to friends and family in need of medical care! Thank you!
