I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for the amazing care my son and our family received during our recent visit. Every member of your team—the nurses, medical assistants, and doctors—went above and beyond to ensure we felt heard, supported, and cared for.

Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine compassion meant so much to us during what could have been a very stressful time. The way everyone listened attentively, treated us with respect, and provided such excellent care truly stood out. It’s rare to find a team that balances skill with such humanity.

Thank you for making such a difference in our experience. We will always remember the kindness and dedication you showed us.

The nursing staff and registration area have changed since 2020. Back then I found the nurses to be quite rude. Especially when I was having difficulty breathing. Just because you can't see what is happening does not mean it is not happening. I finally was able to get to the Houston VA and see the allergist. He found my problem and treated me.
The nurses and doctors do not treat me like I am a fool. I tell them what my blood pressure was doing and I was not made to feel like a liar.
They did a few test and even though my blood pressure did not jump around as much as when I was home. I was not doing anything but lying there. Then my heart went wonky.
The doctor was great they gave me some medicine for dizziness and told me to follow-up with a cardiologist.
That was already in the works though. Stress ordered by my PCP. I have had to come to this hospital a few times for myself the past few years but I am here three times a year if not more for my mother.
I would recommend this place 💯%. Hands down they are great. They are wonderful with my mom even though she has dementia and got rough with a nurse. Then she had to have a baby sitter and put me on call so my mom could calm down.
If I could give the cardiac wing 20 stars 🌟 🤩 ✨️ I would. I love ❤️ you guys.

I was very sick, and the care and treatment I received while at AdventHealthCentralTexas was great. Thank you to each and everyone who participated in my treatment and care. I do so appreciate everyone and everything you all did for me. You all work hard to care for others and just know it never goes unnoticed. Thank for your skills and hard work.

All the staff were very nice and understanding. Special thanks to Kate and the nice lady that was working along side of her. They listened to my issue and they were empathetic and never judged, made me feel very welcome and congratulated me on my accomplishments. Bless you ladies

The nurse i had was nice however i did not receive the proper care i should have . I told the dr and nurses my issues and that i felt the same exact way i did when i came in. They did not listen. With me being a high risk pregnancy i felt very neglected and brushed off . I ended up back in the hospital 2 days later and received care in houston who kept me for over 4 days because this hospital in killeen refused to listen and understand me as a patient. I would not recommend anyone coming to this type of hospital just to be rushed, not heard or valued as as a patient.

My 17 y/o son was having a mental crisis and wanting to kill himself so we took him to the ER. He and his father arrived b4 I did and they had him in a rm but only allowed one parent in at a time. Due to this I wasn’t present for the conversation w the dr, even after I requested to b they totally dismissed me and my concerns for my son’s mental state. Next thing I know my son’s been discharged, just shuffled out the door, and when I requested to speak to the dr I was told I could find out from his father what was said, the dr was done w my son and she wouldn’t even ask for the dr to speak to me. I explained that my husband and I r separated and he wouldn’t tell me the truth and she told me that wasn’t her problem. I was left just standing there in shock at the way I was b’ing just totally dismissed. I would’ve insisted that they send him somewhere for in patient tx, he was threatening to kill himself in front of me, not just verbally but in a text. I left there still worried he would actually try to kill himself and nobody at the ER seemed to even care. I went there for help and left feeling worse than when I got there! This is the 2nd time this has happened so if I ever seek tx for my son at a hospital again it won’t b ur facility. Not only is this very unprofessional but it’s also dangerous. Someone’s mental health is no joke!

I am usually very much about leaving everyone room to grow to a five star. How, ever my portal vein Specialist she is fine as long as none rocks our boat to disturb my portal vein. She is a great team player to share her notes and Vice verse. I love my team there. I have yet to have any issues. With my Advent appointments. I’d like it to remain that way. For me and Advent healthcare.

Wonderful staff! Everyone I observed and i do me everyone from the security, clerks at check in, nurses and physicians assistants operated exceptionally well in each of said positions. 10 out of 10. Great job Advent and thanks again.
