I visited Advent Health in Clermont on Xmas Eve it was their that I found out that I was suffering with Gout in my right foot. The staff was awesome the nurses and the doctors was outstanding and there bedside manner was also outstanding. My waiting time was unbelievable they took me right away. Everyone was so pleasant. Thank you Advent Health in Clermont.

Everytime I have gone to Advent Health ER from the time you walk in they are welcoming like you are the only one there to the Nurses and Doctors.they are reassuring and listen to you . Everything is done at a reasonable time frame. They make sure when you leave but you understand your treatment if you have any questions you can always ask them or if you have any concerns you can always come back I would highly recommend them to anyone that has an emergency you cannot wait then to finish building your hospital out on Hancock by the turnpike.

I went yesterday during peak flu season and everyone from reception to the nurses and practitioners were so sweet. I was in and out in less than an hour. I also didn’t have insurance so they gave 85% off for all services which helped tremendously. I’ve never have such quick service in an ER so definitely had to do a review.

We are so lucky to live so close to this ER. Came in for an Emergency with my 3 year old and the staff was wonderful! Dr. Snow, Tim, Shelley- excellent care team! This hospital is so clean and no wait time.

We recently had occasion to visit the new AdventHealth emergency department located on 50. We were greeted immediately, gave all our pertinent information and were taken back into a room. We found the staff to be engaged fully in what they were doing and were quickly visited by a physician who gave us the diagnosis and provided us an opportunity to ask questions. We would highly recommend this facility for any kind of emergency.

Took our 11 year old son for suspected pneumonia. Everyone we encountered here was very pleasant and helpful. The facility was clean, and we felt very cared for.

There was a mixup at the lab regarding a swab that didn’t get processed. I called the ER and they followed up with the lab for me, called me back within 15 minutes and said the lab would post the results within 2 hours (which they did).

They even called me back a few days later (on a Sunday) saying they recommended changing the course of treatment based off his results and that they already sent and updated RX to our pharmacy.

Hoping we never need the ER again - but if we do, we wouldn’t hesitate to return here!
