The care & concern from the staff was wonderful. Kept me notified what would be happening. Also, test results were delivered quickly, which was appreciated! All in all for an Emergency Room visit… I felt comfortable with the staff!

Doctors, nurses, and administration staff were all excellent! Short wait time, knowledgeable and very uplifting attitudes. These folks will do the very best to try to make you feel better when you are not. The absolute best from a small town hospital!!

I'm not sure how I feel about this ER. I went in with gallbladder pain, I was immediately told they do not give pain medication at that ER, my husband went in after pulling a muscle over the weekend in his shoulder, he came home with pain meds. I thought maybe a fluke, however, I took my daughter in for severe pain in her belly ( she's 4) the same doctor that told me no pain meds, told me they don't give children prescriptions there, gave my child a Zofran in the Er and sent us on our way. Well as soon as the Zofran wore off, she's back to being miserable. I want to know why it seems like 1. Females are not given proper pain management and 2. Why the policy is no meds prescribed for children - I've never heard such a thing. I gave two stars because they are efficient with time management but from now on I think we will make the trek to Osseo.

If I could they would get zero stars don’t come here I went there because both of my knees slipped out of socket and got there the er nurses on Friday night there were two of them they were both laughing at me and the doctor came in and felt my knees and said there were fine I have bad knees in general and every time I go in the er for them I always get an x-ray well they wouldn’t do it all they gave me was 3 Ibuprofen and a little higher pain pill. My knee ended up slipping out again in their parking lot trying to get in a car because the nurse wouldn’t help me I went to a different hospital and they gave me an X-ray and now I am in 2 straight leg braces and can’t even get up with out help and can barely walk. Never go here all they are are jokes definitely won’t be back ever even if I am dieing.
