On vacation, originallyfrom Texas. This is the BEST ER in the USA!!! It's kid/Disney themed!! It's SUPER kid friendly here!! It has a HUGE HUGE tv screen for the kids to watch Disney Channel!!! The doctor & nurses are SO amazing & SO friendly!!! Plus they work SUPER FAST!!!I think we had to wait 30 seconds before we were called to the back & put in a room!!! This place is SO CLEAN!!! They even gave our kids coloring books, apple juice, & stickers!!! Thank yall for helping both my daughters!!! We appreciate yall & more ER's need to be like yall!!!

We were on vacation and my daughter needed care for her ear. Going here was the BEST decision I ever made! From the front desk staff, nurses and doctor- specifically nurse Kayla and Dr Tran were all fantastic! So pleasant and welcoming. Not to mention how serene and tranquil every room was- it was beautiful and clean. Nice to know if I ever needed an er again, I know where I’ll go!!

I have worked in the medical field for over 30 years and have worked for a top rated Healthcare system but this facility blew them out of the water!!! If there could be a "magical" ER experience this was it. If I ever need care when at Disney World again this is absolutely where I will go. And to end the visit with a Dole Whip, blown away. I would have thought I was being treated on Disney property. Everyone, every interaction, everything was excellent even when I was feeling so very terrible. They do emergent care very well here and make it look easy.

While visiting Disney World, my infant son, who was 7 months old, had spiked a 102 fever and began vomiting. I got concerned because two and a half weeks prior he was diagnosed with RSV but had not showed symptoms or had been congested for multiple days. Therefore, I didn’t know if it was connected, I feared an ear infection because his pediatrician had warned me that RSV often triggers one or if this was something else. Either way, the 102 fever really scared me with a 7 month old. When I walked in, the front intake lady was very friendly and called into the back. She immediately took me and my son to a room and when we walked in, the doctor and three other nurses were already in the room helping my baby. They were all so good and friendly with him. They were all personable and seemed genuinely concerned. Ended up that my baby was still testing positive for RSV but when the doctor came in to tell me this, everything was well explained and he answered all my questions. He didn’t make me feel rushed or silly….for I’m sure as a panicked mother, I asked some silly questions to him lol the ER was very clean. I loved the rooms. The room we were in had Disney lullaby’s playing and had little lullaby Disney characters projected onto the wall. It was calming for children. The service was fast, I was in and out within an hour! I would recommend this ER and it exceeded my expectations of an ER.

I have never felt so comfortable in an ER or medical setting as I did when being seen at AdventHealth at Flamingo Crossings. I am terrified of needles and always feel so anxious about the setting and how I'm treated by the providers. I never felt afraid,overwhelmed or not listened to. I would recommend this ER to anyone in the area needing medical care. They took great care of me and my medical needs.

No one wants to go to the ER on vacation but the stomach bug got the best of our 2 year old and as far as experiences go it was the best medical one I’ve encountered. We were in and out in under a hour with test results. Did not even have to wait in the waiting room.

We ended up at Advent Health 2 back to back nights with our daughter while on vacation in Florida. Both doctors (Dr. Clemesha and Dr. Ruiz) and both nurses (Nadya and Adrian) we had each night were incredible. They discussed all the risk/benefits of treatment, they were patient with us, kind and genuine. We couldn’t be more thankful that we landed there for care.

I was experiencing severe pain in my heel while on a week-long vacation to Disney World. There was no way I could walk around the parks as I was unable to put weight on my foot. I went to AdventHealth ER and was seen immediately. I was in and out in less than an hour. My prescriptions were delivered to my resort. I took one day to rest my foot. By the next day, I was back at the parks walking normally with zero pain. The care I received was excellent! I can't thank you all enough for saving our family Christmas vacation!
