We were at this center at 11:40 PM on September 3rd. We came in urgently because my wife was experiencing severe lower back pain, possibly due to a urinary tract infection or maybe even kidney stones. We were taken to the emergency room by a nurse named Joe Lon, who was rude from the start. However, we continued with the process. They took a urine sample from her, and then we had to wait approximately 3-4 hours until I had to step out to ask for water or something because my wife could no longer bear the pain. She had been crying for some time due to the unbearable pain. After I asked for water, in a slightly frustrated tone given the uncomfortable and unprofessional situation, it was as if the doctors suddenly remembered they had a patient and miraculously went to attend to her again.

After that, the doctor, who was even ruder, seemed stressed and explained everything with a bad attitude. He insisted we sign the emergency papers immediately. We discussed our options and decided that we just wanted urgent care and that it would be better to see our primary doctor the next day due to the lack of attention from the staff. We waited approximately 20 more minutes, and the doctor simply disappeared, leaving my wife still in tears from the severe pain. We decided to leave the place and asked for a note for work. They made us sign the papers, even though they never treated us, gave us anything, or provided any care whatsoever. They just made us sign to leave.

At this hour, we arrived home without any answers or help from this so-called doctor and this so-called clinic. We’re just going to sleep and wait for tomorrow to go to a real clinic where patients aren’t treated like a burden. If I could give this awful place a -10 or -1000 rating, I would. Please don’t go here if you don’t want to waste your time and have a terrible experience while feeling unwell.

We had excellent care for my daughter's broken collarbone while we were at urgent care. The front desk was kind and helpful, and the medical staff was caring.

I had some trouble obtaining my daughter's x-ray to provide to the orthopedic team for her follow-up care. On the night of our visit, they couldn't send us home with a copy of her X-ray because the disk burner was broken. The staff member told me I could return to pick it up from imaging the following day. When I called to confirm, the imaging center did not have her name in their system because I was told they only hold the images from Urgent Care/ ER for the current day. In addition, the urgent care does not keep the x-ray in their system either, so they directed me to the main medical records office through AdventHealth. I followed the instructions for the records request, which came in about four days to email (without the x-ray) and a few more days through mail with the cd. I recommend this urgent care for excellent patient care, but be sure not to leave the office without your images in hand if you need them immediately.

UPDATE: I logged into my AdventHealth patient portal and was able to link my daughter's account to mine. The xrays were in there! I wish one of the many people I talked to suggested I do that because it would have saved us a bit of stress and back and forth.

Wonderful staff and doctors. I was able to get right in. I had to be upgraded from Urgent Care to ER. All went so smooth. Testing was all very organized. So grateful for the kindness and care given to me.

So I went to this so called “urgent care” at like 730 on a Sunday. There weren’t even 3 cars in the parking lot. Walk in only one person ahead of me and no one waiting in the waiting area. They took me back so quick I barely sat down. Then the worst experience of my life in health care began. I told the nurse my symptoms of pneumonia and she basically acted as if I was being a whimp and lying. Lying to pay money to get antibiotics Strangest thing iv ever heard of. Then she came back in about 30 minutes and asked if we could do a covid test. She said it takes 15 minutes and the doctor couldn’t see me during that time because she was “super busy.” It took the doctor almost an hour and a half to come back in. Even though there was no one in there and the person who dropped me off told me that everyone who got called back after me. Left before me. I could hear what the doctors were saying about me through the door the whole time. They were talking about me like I just came in there for no reason for antibiotics again. Doesn’t seem very polite or logical if you ask me. If I need help in any way in the future I’d rather die than go to this facility. Why do I even have to give them a star

This place is so fast and efficient! It’s clean and you truly feel taken care of. Would highly recommend this urgent care. However for the Emergency side… It is completely awful. Whoever was on tonight’s shift ( I have no idea what their names were because they didn’t introduce themselves nor write them on the board.) They acted like it was a burden for us to be here to get my child checked out. Even though we were the only ones here being seen. Very unprofessional and will never return to this location and do not recommend for Emergencies. The Xray tech was amazing and great with kids!

C-PTSD is a minority in the mental health field, and many diagnosed do not seek out help which can be very confusing when we come into places like urgent care and ER. We’re often are given training on how to advocate for ourselves, as our healing journey encompasses self education mental health wise and physically. PTSD and panic disorders feed off each other too and can be incredibly difficult to stop once they start. I came in as the minority with C-PTSD and a co occurring panic disorder, and yes there were some difficulties but this has been my best experience yet. I did have to full on advocate for myself, but I did feel listened to. One of the nurses there seemed to really know what was going on and totally focused on my comfort which I have never had before, so thank you so much. I was administered Ativan, which helps temporarily. But due to the co-occurring disorders my team has moved forward with clonozopam due to the longevity of it. Leaving here in case you receive another case like mine, that may seem confusing and out of the typical depth. We may seem a little unusual, but it’s only bc we’re psycho educated, and unfortunately I’m a little more annoying because I am a therapist haha. Overall good job, and keep working at it. Society has not yet created a place for people to go with panic disorders since we removed institutions back in the day. I hope ERs are able to evolve over time, or maybe I’ll create something like that some day. Much love and respect to all of you providers.

great service. got me in and out quickly and everything was explained in detail. i’ve been here multiple times and have only had positive experiences. staff, doctors, and nurses are very responsive, caring, and kind. my first choice urgent care

Came in feeling like I was going to pass out from pain. Moaning and groaning uncontrollably. This didn’t seem to bother or encourage them to help. I remained in that pain for 30mins while they asked me the same questions twice. I exclaimed when I’m sick that I NEED fluids/IV. The doctor dismissed that because how could a patient know. They sent me out with Tylenol and Motrin…. I remained sick. I finally took myself to an IV bar about 26hrs after the ER. Guess what?! Yeah I needed it. Doctor at this place told me twice he didn’t think I needed- he didn’t believe it was the issue. I trusted him and that was a mistake. I wasn’t going to leave this review until I saw the others of people feeling mistreated and dismissed. Some humanity and listening would’ve been nice from people in healthcare..
