Excellent compassionate care. Very convenient to where I live compared with other traditional hospitals. My girlfriend who is sick is being treated with utmost respect and the staff seems genuinely concerned for her wellbeing. Would definitely return if need be.

I was waiting in the room after getting my blood pressure taken by the nurse for half an hour. I had to step out of my room to get the doctor's attention and he apologized saying no one made him aware I was even put in a room. After I was seen by him and the nurse came back I asked her why no one made the doctor aware I was there and she said "he sits in the same area we sit and we have a white board with names on it. We don't really tell them patients are here". She was short and kind of rude about it. Probably the worst I've ever been treated in a healthcare facility.

The Emergency/Urgent care was clean and modern and the entire staff from the intake Lady to my attending physician were professional and remembered me a a prior patient. They made me feel like a sick person needing some help and not just a case number. This is my place for emergency service. THAN YOU!!

They got me in super quick. They treated me with respect. They actually believed the crazy things that were going on with me. They referred me to a bigger hospital when they realized that they were not equipped to deal with my specific issues. The medical team that I saw was extremely courteous and respectful and I would go back there anytime if I needed!

This place is a scam!! Do not trust them!
Went in with some pretty bad pain and discomfort, and they brushed it off, and only did one test on me (a pregnancy test, which I told them there wasn't any way I could be pregnant). After only being in the exam room for maybe 10 minutes, and being told by the doctor I was fine and nothing was wrong with me, I had to pay a bill of $215 up front. That's fine and expected. Now, about 2 weeks later, I am receiving a bill for almost $2000...for a 10 minute face to face with a doctor who does not give a crap about his job, and a pregnancy test which I didn't even need. They even told me at the front desk that I would only be paying the $215, and to not worry about any other bills.

was left on hold for 30 minutes with no update. when we called back for an update the lady was super rude letting us know it was too busy for her to get back to us. i was so understanding if it’s busy but during a scary moment where i just wanted some reassurance, she was super rude and made me feel uncomfortable getting treatment here.

I went for a 30 minute Urgent Care visit and was charged $31,000. The "room fee" was $17,000.

As my lawyer pointed out, the name ER & Urgent care suggests it's like any other Urgent care in the area. When the bill arrives it is from "ER and Urgency". The name is false advertising.

I've been through the billing appeals process with escalation and denied both times. I can not seem to communicate with anyone who will help. Beware.

Came in with a pain level of 8 due to a twisted ankle that turned out to be a twisted ligament so severe it broke off a piece of bone. Here's my issue...when someone is in that much pain, pain medicine is a big help. The doctor was willing to send me home with some, but the nurse (thinking everyone should have her pain tolerance) wanted me on 1000mg tylenol COMBINED with 800 mg of ibuprofen. That seems a lot worse for my liver than 2 days of stronger meds.
I get the opioid crisis, but good lord, I'm in freaking pain and obviously not looking for an easy opioid rx. I will use a regular ER over this place who is happy to leave you in pain.
