Sehr freundlich sind die Angestellten und Ärzte ja aber die Kosten sind für mich als deutschen Touristen nicht begreifbar. Ich war mit meiner Tochter da. Wir waren wegen Verdacht auf Blasenentzündung vorstellig. Es wurde eine Urinprobe untersucht und auf Grippeviren. Danach gabs ein Rezept für Antibiotika und eine Rechnung von fast 1000$ - ich konnte es nicht fassen. Ist das amerikanische Gesundheitssystem wirklich so teuer oder werden hier Touristen abgezockt. Ich hoffe nur das ich das von meiner Versicherung zurück bekomme.

Doctor that day didn’t even pretend to care about my concerns. Never attempted to get to the bottom of the pain. Did a couple tests and said everything looks good and I was fine. I had hot stabbing pain in my side for weeks. But I’m fine 🤷‍♀️.

The doctor and nursing staff were amazing with our son after he had to get stitches because of a pool accident. I'm trying to recall the doctor's name but she was so sweet and gentle with our son. They provided refreshments to us all as we waited and she even gifted him some toys upon discharge. I'm sure they see it all being so close to Disney. They treated us with such kindness and were funny and warm. And the stitches have since come out and he is healing nicely! Huge thanks to you all! ♡♡♡

I got in right away. The staff was the friendliest I have ever had going into emergency. Everyone was nice and took their time to listen to me and my medical problem. I couldn’t ask for better care and a staff and I mean the whole that was kind, caring and so friendly. Thank you for making me so comfortable being many miles away from my Michigan home.

Dr Whitney was the rudest and least competent medical provider I have encountered. She made the injury more painful while scaring my child and talking down to me and my child. I would never go here again. If you see Dr Whitney, leave immediately and find a capable doctor instead.

The Dr on the evening I visited was rude and lacked bedside manners. After telling the nurse, who was very thorough and competent, that I did NOT want to be transferred to Advent Health Celebration. When the paperwork for the transfer was given to me to sign, it stated AH Celebration. I refused and asked to be sent to the VA like I originally requested. The Dr finally came in the room upset that I did not want to be sent to a hospital I had a bad experience at. She stated with contempt, “Do you Even GO to the VA for care?” I stated, I get all of my care there. I’m a 100% Disabled Vet. She came back a half hour later stating, the OK VA “refused” me. I later learned she told the bed manager at the VA that they (AH Celebration) already had a bed for me, but I was refusing. I left AMA and went to the VA the next day and was admitted. The front staff & Nurse were great. That Dr (female, fat, curly hair, appeared African American) needs a lesson on how to communicate with sick people. I believe that incident occurred on the night of 15 Oct 24.

Great ER! Dr Colman was awesome and he went ABOVE and beyond for me! I was shocked when I picked up the script he said was best for my issue (it required a Drs letter). Most Drs would prescribe a different med that didn't require a letter! I was grateful for his care, compassion and time he gave me.

I’ve never in my life met such nice nurses and doctors. The service was quick and everyone was so accommodating. I was visiting from VA and I wish we had staff like this.
