The doctor that I saw was very nice and he assured me as best he could about my condition and he tried to get me to stay but since I only live two minutes down the street I told him I would go home and that was through no fault of anyone there a matter of hating being in hospital but he was very nice nonjudgemental and allowed me to go ahead and sign myself out and if there was any change in my situation I would be right back and he didn’t get upset with me and I appreciate that. Fortunately, I have improved. My condition is better And the care I got from the nurses the doctor and everyone there was excellent. The improvement on the hospital is clear and evident. I have been here my whole life 60 years and I have seen the hospital go from good to really good to mediocre to excellent care. Thank you for

The doctor and nurses were very good, the imaging tech was amazing. I give 2 stars because you don’t go to a hospital feeling very sick to be taken to a recliner and end up in a room with more recliners and not have the privacy and comfort of a bed while waiting on results and know what’s going on. Advent Health can do better than that.

The doctors in the ER at advent health heart of Florida were amazing!! The doctors in the celebration ICU were the same. Unfortunately in the celebration surgical unit there was a lack of communication between doctors & patient no doctors spoke with me or my family prior to being discharged just told me I was able to go home & when transport came to bring downstairs they told me that I would go to a discharge office that to me is so impersonal that is not what I received when I was heart of Florida. As for the food it was absolutely disgraceful no human being would ever get well with what was presented for any meal!! When I made a complaint no one from food service came to speak to me about my concerns.

Went in for pain and symptoms of a kidney stone or kidney infection and ended up being treated as acid reflux, which I know that I don't have. The doctor asked me if I had acid reflux and I said no, in which he asked me "are you sure?" I wouldn't have said no if I knew I suffered from acid reflux.
I was escorted to a tiny waiting area full of other sick people in close quarters and was in there for over 4 hours without any updates, no one came to check any vitals, and then magically discharged. No one came to check the vitals of any of us in that room.
My urine labs showed a bunch of levels as abnormal and a bacteria level of +1, but that was never disgusted. I had a CT and it showed normal, just some free fluid. The doctor said that it was "possible" that I had a cyst rupture on an ovary which released fluid and "could" be causing my pain.
#1 There was never an ultrasound done to see if that was true and #2 I've never been tested or told that I might have ovarian cysts in the first place.
I ended up being discharged with some pain medication and heartburn medication (which I don't need).
My doctor was Dr. Kamal Goyal. I will not be returning to this ER again.

Not a great ED experience.. poor communication within the department as well as relating info to new unit after admission.
ED nurse Julie was the best part of my care… she is a truly, compassionate rockstar!!
Also radiology was excellent with my ultrasounds…

Today I went to the ER because I felt terrible, Advent Health is the closest one I have. But the care was horrible, I felt like the doctor was racist and rude and it seemed like he was angry. I just wanted to leave the hospital feeling better and I left worse than when I came in. Finally, I do not recommend that ER to anyone, everyone deserves a dignified and respectful treatment, it is our right, and believe me, you will not get it from the doctor. Now I am going to another hospital to have them check me properly without any prejudice based on nationality or color.

I went to the emergency because I had a chest pain. a severe head pressure, and very high blood pressure. The reception was great both people at the front desk were very professional. But with my condition as soon as they put me on the room I didn't see any body beside the people did my blood work and my x-ray. The nurse didn't show in my room not even to check why the monitor was beeping. So for 3 hours I was in a room and the monitor beeping non stop because my blood pressure was flying very high. The dr come to my room after 3 hour giving as weird look and telling me that there is no sign of a heart attack. I looked at me with a weird look. He makes feel like I am faking my sickness. They are very ignorant and careless car with a high blood pressure and chest pain left same way plus a naming in my left side. I had a stroke but the Dr was wishing for an heart attack.
I talked about my experience with my coworker find out two of the. Jad same experience. One went there with an asthma attack and they other one with a panic attack both had careless from the hospital stuff.
I rather die and not go back to that hospital. They want me to pay almost 3000 for the no service the give me.

ER Dr. Kamal, White male and sounds possibly European, was extremely unprofessional. He told us; "What do you want me to do", after we had mentioned we were at urgent care the day before and the doctor mentioned if the issue persist, to go to ER, which we are doing. Worst part, he was hostile with us, and I even had to say multiple times for him to advise us, I am not the one with a degree in medicine. He did not even check out the pain area that we were in there for. He just walked into the room telling us he isnt going to cut anything, nor run test, and at most he do a $50k Stroke blood work if we want to.. its not what we want, its what you recommend!!! My wife was checked in with high blood pressure coming in and he never even addressed it even. We were in for a Face pain, numbness, tingling, and swelling...He discharged us based off anxiety.. My wife was not even with a anxiety crises ... Staff and nurses were great and even playful with my daughter... The Doctor on the other hand...Horrible.. I never write reviews and consider myself a calm person, but this interaction with him was by far the worst i ever had with any medical expert.
