This location raises the bar on urgent care! I had to go in for food poisoning on a Sunday around 1:30 pm. From the time I walked in until I left I was treated like royalty. EVERY ONE from the receptionist to discharge was absolutely the best. They were all efficient, caring, professional, and knowledgeable. The team work was amazing. I had to come back the following day (Monday) to give more samples and I received the same unwavering care I had received the day before. Great job!!

I was on vacation and suffered a medical emergency. The staff was attentive, kind and took care of my immediate medical needs. I was in and out of the facility in about 6hrs (and that included imaging services) and medications were sent to the pharmacy close to my hotel. In my hometown, it takes 6 hours to even be seen-much less an entire visit. I would absolutely visit again if needed and recommend to anyone who needs these services.

I have never been so well received in an emergency room before. I hope this will be my last experience because no one wants to get sick.
The environment is amazing, from the reception to the exit. The staff are helpful and extremely empathetic, as they are dealing with our most valuable asset: our health.
I was greeted, as I came out of the bathroom, by an extremely polite professional who guided me to a room where I was quickly medicated. They even took the care to provide a translator, which helped me a lot.
I arrived feeling pain and discomfort related to urinary tract issues, and when they noticed a slight cough, they promptly worked to figure out what it was. At least two or three other professionals came to evaluate me. Everyone was proactive and respectful of my situation.
The bathrooms and rooms were spotless, with an unparalleled standard of excellence. I know everything depends on perspective, but even in unpleasant situations like being sick, finding a place of such excellence makes all the difference and turns the experience into something memorable.
Thank you to everyone, and may you continue to be a light in the lives of those who need

Been here a few times now. Service was always above and beyond. When one time with my 5-year-old son who is autistic non verbal. I went when he was sick and the nurse up front named Maryanne really is polite has a sweet bubbly personality and really has a way with children. She was able to distract my son and keep him calm while taking his blood pressure, which is a very difficult task. In the second time I went back was for a burn on my son's hand and she also did amazing with him the second time around. The head of the nurses in the back named Scott was amazing. He came back with a brand new sippy cup of apple juice and a pack of goldfish. It made all the difference in my son's happiness and comfort. Thank you guys for all you do!

The medical/front desk staff were amazing today. Unfortunately, my boyfriend, mom and I visited with my younger sister. My boyfriend and I dropped my mom and sister off for my sister to be checked on & waited in the parking lot. We sat there in silence. A security guard approached us asking why we were there (understandably). Upon explaining that we were waiting for my sister to be checked on, he started that we needed go to their room. We asked why waiting in our car was not allowed to which he restated that we needed to go to my âsisterâs roomâ. We followed the instructions and explained the situation to the front desk staff. They were completely shocked and confused as to why the security guard ordered us inside. They double checked company rules and confirmed that we could sit in our car and yo redirect the security guard to them, if he came to us again. While we walked to the car, the security guard was texting on his phone. We mentioned what the staff told us and he said it was up to us. Such an unprovoked, weird interaction to have with people experiencing a stressful time on Christmas Eve. Again, thank you to the other staff who worked there tonight. However, the security guard on the shift for Christmas Eve lacks hospitality/professionalism.

I was left in a hallway for 5 minutes, crying scared. wheeled into a room and left there alone for another 5 min. while I'm the ER ROOM 1, a nurse passed my room and said 'I know I know, more people.. I am taking my time" as I watched him slowly walk by my room. I had just been in a car accident, I wasn't looking for "a fix", but I was only given Tylenol (despite my pain being 10+). I have yet to be treated properly by any Advent hospital. Even the nurses were complaining about how many of us were there. I begged the EMTs not to take me to advent, but was told it was the closest and I had to go there. once again, felt disregarded. 10/10 would recommend going by Uber or someone else to Orlando health. my care at advent was, again, subpar. thanks for the Tylenol I could have purchased on my own for thousands less than you will charge my insurance company.

Got here at 4:45
Leaving at 7:52 Äș
Sat in a room waited 3hrs and 45 minutes to see a dr for 5 minutes
Got discharged and then stopped at front desk for them to verify my insurance that they should have asked for in the beginning or while I spent all that time in the back sitting and waiting.
So additional 15 minutes to wait and have them look at or verify insurance after being seen and discharged.
Dr Caitlin was nice though.

5 stars isnât enough to properly review this place. From the moment we walked in, we were treated with kindness from every single staff member. Iâm from out of town and this is the first vacation where Iâve gotten sick and havenât had my parents with me. (Iâm 24 almost 25 but letâs be real itâs still scary!) I got there pretty early in the morning and was immediately taken back to get checked out. The nurse came in almost immediately and was so kind. I couldnât see out of one of my eyes and it was very sensitive to the light. She let me keep the light off in the room and apologized profusely when she had to turn it on to check my vision (she immediately turned it back off.) When I was seen by the doctor, (whose name I canât remember but he was amazing!) he was equally as kind and funny. He was laughing and apologizing about how he was having to âtortureâ me. (It was 8:30 in the morning and he had to numb my eyeball then touch it with stuff aka not a fun start to my day) His sense of humor and kindness (along with the nurse and the rest of the staff- seriously every single person there was amazing, I was shocked!) made a somewhat scary situation so so much more manageable. After being there for less than an hour, I was ready to be discharged and to go get my prescription. Since Iâm not from here and donât have a car, I was hoping there was a pharmacy there. Unfortunately, the nurse told me the nearest pharmacy was the CVS at Target down the street. I wasnât thrilled about having to get an uber to the pharmacy then back to our hotel so I asked if it was walkable. The nurse told me that itâs not walkable but that they would be able to get me a ride free of charge. Within 5 minutes, another nurse had ordered me a Lyft and I was on my way to pick up my prescription. I double checked at the front desk before I left to see if I needed to pay for the Lyft but she said it was on them. Unfortunately, I had to spend my last day of vacation stuck at the hotel but I am forever grateful for the kindness and support given to me by AdventHealth. They turned a sucky very unfortunate situation into one that was able to be handled quickly and without a ton of hassle. I would highly recommend coming here if you are a tourist or a local!
