I had an excellent experience at Advent Health. I was taken by ER staff before I even finished registering at front desk. All nurses and doctors were efficient and prompt, very professional and friendly. I wish to extend my deepest thanks for what they did for me. I was very thankful and quick to tell everyone once I returned home how amazed I was. Thank you so much!!!

Excellent care, extremely poor security did not feel safe. No checkpoint at entrance, 1 security guard came in my private room 90 minutes after I arrived to search my possessions. This is way too late, and goes against privacy of the patient being treated. Puts staff and patients at risk!

Staff and nurses were super friendly and helpful. Everyone explained what will be happening and what to expect as they treated me. So convenient to have X-ray machines come to your examination room when doing arm exam. Less movement, less pain. I was released from the ER two hours earlier than I expected, I believe it was because of their efficiency and high tech equipment used to treat my injuries. Thank you Doctor, nurses, and staff at Advent Health Hospital, Tarpon Springs!!

Well up until I got home the first time, I thought everything was great And Grand and golden. but then I get home and ended up having to go back because I had a very severe infection caused by The Foley catheter they left in me and told me it would be removed the next day by home healthcare who never were Never set up or even contacted apparently At least that’s what the home health lady people said the one time I was able to get through and contact any body! And I will stop here because it’s already too long of a post and I’m tired of talking about it right this second.

My husband was passing blood and puss from abdominal incision. He is deaf and reads lips. The triage nurse began to ask him questions without looking at him and I mentioned that he needed to read lips she stated "ok let's make this as difficult as possible" she took vitals and asked to see his incision from the inguinal hernia surgery, so he had to unzip and show the site. She did not close the door and it opened into th lobby!! The door should have been shut before anything was said or done. We were then put into a treatment room and basically ignored. Tests were done but after 4 hours no results were reported. My husband needed evening meds and Jake the nurse who was not our nurse did go get them at the pharmacy.. other than him helping we were totally ignored.

Had to go to the ER was greeted right away put in a room they determined I needed A catheter due to urine retention. I had a catheter put in. Was treated promptly, properly, professionally, And was sent home to follow up with my urologist. AAA service By pros.

Everyone in the ER was kind and helpful. The nurses and two doctors I saw were wonderful. No one wants to end up in an ER but it sure helps when everyone is kind and caring.

My mother was amited here and they hardly did anything for her. She had bed sores and her sheet were never changed despite being there for days. They say they checked on her hourly but they didn't. This is the same hospital my father was at before he died.

Place is nice and clean. Reception kind, but don't send your elderly. Go to the next nearest hospital.
